LISTEN TO THE 1 star reviews. Ordered some clip on sunglasses here and didn’t receive a confirmation of purchase. Called a week later to check if they had been dispatched and if there was an issue as I had no confirmation. It has not been nearly a month and I have tried contacting multiple times via email and phone call. This is a scam website. Please don’t waste your money. I have had to dispute this payment but as there is no confirmation/ proof other than the amount taken I am not likely to get my money back…

Ordered some glasses online, they're good.

I ordered a pack of three reading glasses. Incredibly good value for money. The only downside was that I didn’t receive an email confirmation but they came in good time. They had been delivered but couldn’t initially find them (a courier issue rather that Just-Glasses). I called Max at Just-glasses who dealt with my query and tracked them down immediately - he was very conscientious and helpful. Thanks

I ordered two pair of reading glasses I still have not received them.
I have emailed several times no response from them

Haven’t received item . This isn’t a problem as such as ordered 1 week ago.
The problem is that I have emailed and left a voicemail to confirm order dispatch. Both have been ignored . I don’t like being ignored.
Customer service seems to be non existent

I ordered a pair of glasses from Just Glasses, tinted for use when using a computer. Just £17.50, with a "no quibble guarantee". Arrived, couldn't see anything through them, although I had provided guiding numbers from a recent eye exam. I returned the glasses within the 14-day period, saying they were useless. That was months ago. Never mind "no quibble guarantee" there was no refund either. Still waiting.

I bought two sets of clip-on lenses from you last week and I'm just writing to say that I am delighted with them. I bought them to replace two older lenses which I had lost, and the difference in quality is incredible. The optics are perfect and the clips are tiny but beautifully engineered. Great service, and many thanks!!

I have ordered clip-ons from this company before and they have been fine. This time I ordered three pairs of reading glasses. They arrived promptly, swimming around in a large jiffy bag and no case to protect them in transit. One pair had a lens out in the bag, the other two the frames were so bent they could not be worn.
The big issue is that nobody answers the phone, I have sent several email requesting a refund but NOTHING. I'm fortunate that I can afford to write off £15 and put them in the bin but I will not be ordering from them again. If I could score them a zero star I would .

Great products for the price and good service if you have a problem.

Useless. They have taken payment but nothing has arrived. I didn't even receive a receipt and have doubts whether this is a legit operation but will give this a few more days.

Ordered fit over glasses, but , unusually did not receive email confirmation. Telephone chase after 4 working days, got straight through to Max who confirmed order had been sent. Parcel arrived later same day, all as expected. I confirmed receipt via email to Max.

Items arrived safely,well packaged and are very good quality, perfect fit for my glasses. These clipons save a fortune on second pair eg my varifocals are £350!. Importantly for me the customer service,care/communications is excellent answering and dealing with my question promptly.

From my experience I would recommend Just Glasses, I ordered 2 pairs which arrived quickly.
In my opinion the glasses are good quality and value for money.
I spoke to their Customer Services too and found them helpful and customer friendly..

Great glasses for the price, delivered pretty quickly. Didn't receive any confirmation on purchase (maybe that was me, don't know). Anyway overall would recommend.

I made a mistake on my order online and emailed them immediately to ask if they could alter it.
They emailed back shortly after to say they’d altered it.

I have ordered from this company for about 4 years without a problem, but on the last order I placed, the items never turned up.
I phoned their customer service number, but they don't answer and don't reply to your messages.
I also wrote them emails but they don't reply.
I wont use this company ever again.

Was recommended Just Glasses by my wife, I purchased some readers and was thrilled with the quality. Fantastic value, I will definitely be buying more.

I never received my order.
Sent emails with no response so tried to phone only to find the number doesn’t exist
