Just Glasses Avis 

I bought 2 pairs of reading glasses from these people less than 6 months ago. Both have now fallen apart and e-mails to Just Glasses have been totally ignored. Summary: cheap rubbish and useless customer service.

Icing on the cake - they keep sending me marketing e-mails despite my request they delete my details

I had an issue with one pair of glasses. Nothing too much and I sent an email to Max about it. Within a few days all resolved. Great service and great customer care. Many thanks Max.

After giving a poor review recently about response time for faulty glasses and seen many poor reviews I have to say although after a few days I was emailed with apologies and I received a new pair within 24 hrs. I'm impressed with that, well done.

Glasses are great, they suit me really well even though my wife says I look like Harry Potter! They are on par quality wise with my designer pair of frames. Will buy again. Great service

Avoid this company as there they do not send the complete order and there is no customer service that responds.

I ordered three pairs of glasses. But only two arrived.
I tried several times to contact them. You can't get through on the phone. Emails are unanswered.
I wrote a "real" letter as well to the owner, but that has also been ignored.

There are too many other similar reviews on this site to make this a coincidence.

Quality that you would get from the high street but at a fraction of the price. Delivery straight to your door. Excellent service.. no complaints!

I started using Just Glasses a long time ago. I have never once had a bad experience with them. The shipping time is excellent, the prices are good.

I've purchased 6 or 7 pairs from Just Glasses and without exception they have been total junk. You'll be lucky if they last a week.

Order not received, no reply to emails

Pocket tube glasses are an absolute joke

directly to apologise and explain the reasons for the problems that led to my order not being fulfilled and the disappointing customer service I received. These, as it turned out, were issues beyond the company's control.

To make up for my poor first experience, the company offered to send me my original order free of charge which I accepted. The glasses arrived and seemed to be of higher quality than before.

My impression of the company has changed completely. They have gone up from my previous review. Although I have noticed poor reviews lately.

Clip on sunglasses arrived in four days and I am very pleased with them, I will use this company again.

Order placed 12/1/22 and received email next day saying order completed. Nothing received and no response to my emails. Phone number gets automated queue and call cut after 30secs. Be very wary of this company.☹️ I finally managed to contact company by phone after many attempts. They accepted they had my email complaints but hadn’t acted on them. They refused to discuss the issue as I had started the PayPal disputes procedure. I said I would cancel this if they sent me my order but they refused. The customer services rep was unhelpful and unsympathetic. As I said be very wary of this company

WARNING: To anyone considering buying from this company, take heed of my experience with them. I received my glasses -which were of decent quality, I must admit; but the accessories I purchased with my glasses were falsely advertised. I had called and emailed them to get them to resolve their mis-sale. However, their phone number appears to be bogus as my calls NEVER get answered; I would get disconnected after a period of time. My emails also have never been responded to. Their customer services is non-existent. I would therefore advise you to shop elsewhere for your specs!

They took my money over a week ago but have had no confirmation of my order, and no reply to my email.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

This is the third time I have ordered reading glasses from this company and each time they have arrived in less than 5 working days, great quality and great value for the money.

Still waiting for a pair of glasses that I ordered on the 26th of October 21.
One phone call no answer to call or voicemail. One response to 5 emails sent.
Extremely poor customer service. Happy to take your money but not good on delivering the product you ordered.
A call to Trading Standards is due tomorrow.

Ordered two pairs of foldable glasses and received normal glasses not what I ordered.
Emailed them three times now with no response at all discusted with them.think they just send what they have in stock.
Do not order with them customer service don't exist.
