Just Glasses Avis 

I ordered 3 pairs of reading glasses. They were poor quality, the arms were very stiff to open and one arm broke off when opening. There are sharp edges on most of the plastic parts. A replacement pair was sent out however they arrived snapped in two and now I'm getting no response. Avoid.

Bought of this website many times, they always deliver quickly. Their range is nice and offer a selection of colours in the frame I like. Super Doooper!

I promptly received an order confirmation. It did not give an expected delivery date or the delivery method.
After a week I e-mailed to ask for this information. However the same day my order (one item) was delivered by Royal Mail. The glasses were well packaged and precisely as ordered.

This company offers the option to return within 14 days which I needed to do as I hadn’t ordered the right strength.
The only flaw is that you have to email them for instructions as to how to do this and they don’t bother to reply so you are prevented from meeting the deadline.
Wouldn’t trust them…especially compared to another supplier who I ordered from and they have a simple returns process and I had the replacements within 3 days.

After an initial issue with my order, Matt called me and completely resolved the problem over the phone and true to his word fulfilled the orriginal order within two days.
Good quality glasses at reasonable prices.

I wanted to buy a sturdy case for my glasses and the one I chose was described as leather. What arrived was a flimsy plastic one. Like many others leaving reviews here, there was no response to my email or phone call. Don’t even think about using them

Poor service have tried to contact and email several times as the wrong glasses have been sent.

Despicable. My order arrived in insufficient packaging and, consequently, it arrived broken. I immediately sent an e mail (photo attached). A week later (and five further e mails and two voice messages) nothing. No contact from them at all. The phone is never answered. The worst customer service I have experienced in years. Do not buy from Just Glasses.

The glasses are cheap and nasty. I ordered a pair of fold up glasses for £16/50 thinking they were Montana glasses as shown on their website, but the glasses they sent were nothing like them,cheap and flimsy, and where they fit on your nose there is no movement so they fit above your nose and you end up not looking through the glasses at all. you would get a better pair of glasses from the £1 shop. they took two weeks to arrive. Can any one shed some light on how this company is still trading when they were dissolved in 2022.

Ordered on Monday at 2.30ish, they arrived Wednesday morning. Quicker than amazon! Lol

Ordered a pair of ( non prescription) Driving Glasses with Yellow Lenses @ £15. Flimsy junk that isn’t worth £5.

Was sent the completely wrong glasses, I tried to follow their returns policy but you do not receive any reply to email and as for the phone!! Wait to speak to an advisor (as if they actually exist!) and then you have to leave a message with no chance of actually talking to someone! Never had a call back, well, there is a surprise! Avoid using these cowboys at all cost!

Apart from the excellent quality of the glasses, they really care to resolve any issues you may have. I called in to see if they can recommend a suitable ladies metal pair for my small face and they explained which ones are best. I used to get my glasses from Specsavers, now I’m a convert ! I love Just Glasses - it’s so convenient and helpful company - simply the best ! X
