WARNING LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS

Originally had a great experience with Just Blinds in 2020.We had an issue with a couple of the blinds in 2022. Just Blinds replaced them as per their warranty. However, the replacement blinds were of a much lower quality than that of the original blinds. Now less than 10 month in and the replacements have broken. Have spoken to several people at Just Blinds and have been told each time there is nothing they can do. They no longer offer the original blinds and this is the new manufacturer. If this is the case, BE WARNED they are low quality, flimsy blinds of poor workmanship.

Easy, on time, quality

Easy to order. The site was user friendly and clearly explained how to properly measure the window. I ordered color samples which arrived quickly and helped me finalize my decision on which product I wanted. Once I placed my final order my blinds arrived on exactly the estimated arrival date. Overall it was a great experience and I will order from Just Blinds again. Best of all they had the best price by far for wood and faux wood blinds. I researched extensively and Just Blinds beats all of their competitors by a considerable margin on price and provide a very nice quality product.

Finally, a quality and trustworthy company

I had perused many sites and had almost given up finding a user-friendly website to buy blinds. Then I found Just Blinds. So easy and boy were we satisfied with the quality-we will be ordering more for sure! Not one complaint!!

I ordered three blinds to the old specs…

I ordered three blinds to the old specs of 80x63 and what I received was 79 1/2 by 61 which is too short. All I got when I called was a discount to pay for new ones. That is bull as I ordered correctly and they made the mistake or maybe it is a racket going on so people reorder and they make more money! I ordered a blind from Homedepot for a big window measurement was done by me and I received it and it was perfect to my specs. So Just blinds is the problem! I will never pay for new blinds from them ok place any order ever again and I have reported them to the BBB and told them exactly what I just stated above that I believe it is a racket to try to get people to reorder at a discount so they make more money. This company is a piece of crap! My blinds were made too short and it is somehow my fault. I ordered a bigger measurement they cut them too freaking short and the response I just received below is total bullcrap! This company has a racket going in and blames the customer! This company is horrible!!!!

Hi Lori, thank you for taking the time to submit this feedback! I'm sorry to hear the blind was not the expected size!

When ordered as inside mount, all of our products have an automated factory deduction to the width, typically around 1/2 inch. This way all you have to do is measure your window opening and the factory will ensure it is not too snug and operates smoothly. If you measured an old blind instead of the opening, that could explain why it is more narrow than expected - your old blind was already deducted to fit the window, so by measuring the blind and not the opening, the new one has double deductions. We do instruct our customers, in a few places on the website, to provide the window measurement and not take any of your own deductions.

Regarding the height, there is no factory deduction, so that 2 inch difference you mentioned should not occur. If you order 63 inch height, the full product from top to bottom should be 63 inches. If you measure your new blind again (including the headrail) and notice it is not the height that was ordered, we can look into it further and see if a factory error was made. I ordered a new blind for my window and…

I ordered a new blind for my window and measured it according to the old one and it was 32 and 1/8 and they sent me 31 5/8 and all they offered was a discount on another one without any credit for the wrong size. I do not recommend.

Price keeps increasing before purchase

I am extremely confused on how Just Blinds prices their blinds. The first time I built up some blinds on their website, I got a very favorable price. I went back a couple of days later with the expectation of ordering the blinds. When I built up the blinds with the exact same specifications, the price was double what it was the first time I checked. I decided to try ordering the blinds a couple of days later to see if the price would go back down.

When I tried again using the exact same specifications, the price was higher still. I went ahead and put the blinds in my cart and the price was $20 more than the price shown before and after I put the blinds in my cart. On top of this issue, the projected date I would receive my blinds was over two months from my order date.

I wouldn't expect the price of blinds to more than double in price from the original viewing to the final build. I would rather find a different company with more consistent pricing.

Found company easy to deal with

Found company easy to deal with, have bought spare parts and tracks without any problem and ordering simple. I did allow more delivery/production time as I thought possibly small business, had no problems at all. Online fitting info/help and if in doubt pick-up the phone for experienced advice from them first hand before you tackle job---"SO EASY"
