Nothing went wrong. I haven't opened the packages yet because my house isn't finished yet. I could give a better rating perhaps once the blinds are installed.

High prices, No return policy

I paid over $200 for roman shades that looked like $30 shades. The sample I based my purchase off of did not give me the feeling I would get this kind of poor quality. Since they have no return policy and you have to pay extra to be allowed to exchange, I am stuck with shades that I hate.

The margins on things like this are very high to begin with; they can afford to eat some mistakes to get future business. A limited quantity return policy (like many other blinds websites) would be the only way I would ever buy anything from this website again.

Beautiful blinds 100% recommended

Lovely blinds over the moon with them. From the very first visit with Garry from Just blinds Sheffield very helpful and polite thank you for taking the time talking me through the different types of materials I would absolutely recommend to family and friends and come back to you if I decide to do the bathroom and kitchen

My experience with just blinds was great I received my product just what I wanted at a nice delivery date Shades were perfect for what I needed them for. I will order again from just blinds my son used them before too they are an awesome company.

Great website, very user friendly and if you have any issues customer service guides you.
Great looking blinds at very reasonable price
Will definitely use for future blinds. Was going to use 3 day blinds because that was the original customer blinds my dad ordered years ago but hard to get a hold of 3 day and they want to make an appointment. I highly recommend just blinds

Poor Quality Blinds

Misleading and dishonest. Terrible quality. They don't stand behind their warranty. They have a 2.4 rating on Facebook and I can see why. I will never buy from them again.

This does not cover measuring or order errors as these are custom-made to the sizes and specs provided. Defective shade, no customer service!

I received my shades in a timely manner, but one of them had a problem with the cord pull - I put in a report, was told to take pictures, email went back and forth with Customer Service for about 3 weeks, and then SILENCE. My shade has never been fixed and I'm afraid someday it will totally fail. DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTBLINDS.COM if you want ANY customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
