I just had a lovely chat with Daryl at Just Move In . He was excellent and setting out all the options for my gas, electricity , water and broadband . He was clear but cheerful and during this very stressful time he made me laugh bless him! I rang at 5.20 so was a bit nervous about the level of service I would receive as they close at 5.30 but Daryl was completely professional, clear and concise . If I didn’t understand anything he explained patiently again. Excellent service . I’m very impressed . So much so I wrote a review !!

The end product is extremely expensive, even if staff are jhelpful.
The staff were very helpful, but people should be aware of the business model. It is emphasised that clients do not pay a fee. However, in then placing my account with One Utilities, the package I was given was three times the price of my utilities in my old (bigger) house over the winter. I am renting for six months over the summer. It was easy and far cheaper to source utility companies via comparison sites myself.

Just Move In's service is free to customers. We're not a billing provider ourselves, but we do assist in registering accounts with utility and bill management services.
One Utility Bill, which your account was set up with, is a bill consolidation service that combines multiple utilities into a single monthly payment. This convenience does typically come at a premium compared to sourcing individual tariffs directly. For a shorter tenancy of six months, the cost difference can be more pronounced, particularly as most fixed-rate energy packages are structured around a minimum 12-month term. We're sorry if that wasn't made as clear as it should have been at the time, and we understand your frustration when the figures didn't stack up in the way you'd hoped.
It's worth noting that any account set up through us requires explicit consent, including payment details, before anything is confirmed. There is a 14-day cooling off period should you wish to cancel without charge.
