I have just got of a call with Kirsty & what a breath of fresh air she is! So happy and helpful ,nothing was too much, I must have asked 100 daft questions thinking back but still more than happy to go above and beyond to make sure my experience was honestly pain free

Daryl was amazing! Incredibly helpful and very friendly
I had an incredible experience with Daryl! He was so helpful and patient in answering my many questions to find the best suppliers for my needs. Setting up suppliers for a new home can be very stressful, but I was put at ease and the whole process was made easy! Couldn’t recommend this service and Daryl enough, thank you!

She has made the process much easier and stress free by setting up my One Utility Bill for me over the phone and breaking everything down for me, and she was very present to talk to.

I was contacted by Will of just move in…
I was contacted by Will of just move in and he promised me he had taken care of my water and council tax. He really wanted me to go with so energy for gas and electric but couldn't book me on until it got closer to the move date. He phoned me back closer to the date and I had already sorted my gas and electric as it was cheaper than he quoted and so energy's ratings weren't as good. I had already got broadband so he couldn't get that either. As soon as I told him I'd sorted this, he ended the phone call. I then thought I'd better check to see if he had set up water and council tax as promised. He had not. Total waste of time. They say they take all the stress out of moving. He caused me more stress by not doing what he promised. Far easier to sort your own bills out when moving, at least you know its done and you will probably get a better deal in the long run. Avoid.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't what you'd hoped for. I do want to address a couple of points, as I think there may be some confusion about how our process works.
Regarding the water and council tax notifications - these are sent seven days after your move date to allow time for any last-minute changes and for opening meter readings to be submitted. As your move date hadn't yet passed, those notifications were still scheduled and ready to go. I have cancelled these now to avoid duplicating set ups that you have now completed yourself. We do acknowledge that Will could have taken a moment before ending the follow up call to confirm those next steps with you, and we're sorry that didn't happen. We'll be looking at that internally.
On the energy side, all of our service recommendations are customer-led, and whilst we understand that price is always an important consideration, our panel of providers is carefully selected with customer care and sustainability in mind, including suppliers who offer renewable energy or are REGO backed. We're genuinely glad you found a deal that works for you, particularly given how challenging energy costs have been of late.

Refreshingly helpful
It really helped to know that key elements of house bills were sorted all with in one phone call.
Daryl was very clearly spoken and helped to provide all the information needed to make Swift decisions.
Communication emails and texts have been sent to me immediately after the phone call so I have all the information to hand and can print of need to.

Phil was super helpful..
I had a really positive experience using Just Move In.
Phil was super helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. He was able to sort out all my utilities, council tax and broadband without me having to speak to multiple providers. This has saved me a huge amount of time.
This is a great and convenient service that takes a lot of the stress out of moving. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smoother, more efficient move.
