I spoke with Kirsty today to set up all my utilities and broadband prior to my move, she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend using Just Move In their services are very helpful and takes alot of stress out of the move in process.

Ray was very helpful and considerate, and mindful of the fact that my house move was due to the loss of my husband, and was occurring much earlier than I perhaps would have preferred. I am thankful that everything has been sorted satisfactorily.

Very good service!
I just had a consultation with Will. It was very helpful and he helped me arranged everything I needed to move in to my new flat. It took the stress of moving in for me. I feel more at peace and settle now that I know I got everything sorted.it was quick. Only took us approximately 25 mins. Thank you!

Daryl was do helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly & precisely. Nothing was too much trouble. The process has taken some of the stress of moving away. I have never rented before, so this is a great way to get things dorted.

Great help to manage move in
Felt like all options were covered for help with the move and set up in a new flat. Was also surprised by great energy rate that I wouldn’t have otherwise found! Really appreciate the help from Phil who was helpful and walked through everything clearly.

The operator who spoke to us was…
The operator who spoke to us was knowledgeable and polite and very friendly. She managed to put us at ease and went through all our options in detail so that we understood exactly what she was doing and what our choices were. I would definitely recommend this company as they have taken all the stress out of sorting out utilities for when we move onto our new property.

Great experience, Daryl is excellent!
I had a great experience arranging our utilities and bills with Daryl. He was extremely helpful from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. He called exactly when he said he would, which I really appreciated.
He was also very accommodating when we needed to rearrange the call to a later date. He went above and beyond while helping us look at broadband packages, especially given that my partner is very fussy about these things! Daryl was patient, thorough, and made sure we found an option that worked for us.
Overall, excellent service and a genuinely helpful approach. Thanks again, Daryl!
