From start to finish Just Property were highly professional in their dedication to successfully selling my St Leonards property. Constantly supportive with a fine focus on all detail going above and beyond expectation - always prompt I never had to chase them, patient & friendly a total pleasure to deal with. This fab team led by Colin are highly experienced with excellent knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing - essential with older seafront properties. Insightful & realistic with their finger on the pulse of this areas ever fluctuating market. Above all I appreciated their 'no BS' & honest straight talking style (unusual for agents!) no false expectations. As a seller I found the Just Property team top of their game & entirely trustworthy I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Just so grateful that we chose this amazing estate agent to sell our much loved home of 30 years! From the first contact I had on the phone with Olly, this wonderful team helped us through some pretty tricky and lengthy situations, with such dedication and care, I doubt it would have all come together without their hard work and determination! Id like to mention Issey, who was so lovely, polite and kind. Also Director Colin, who looked after our sale with such a personal interest, we felt like we must be his only clients! This is our opinion. From the moment the agent came through the door, was polite, understanding, actually listened to what our apprehension was regarding selling our house which we have occupied going on 58yrs.
Completely and utterly professional from start to completion. I could text, phone and they always responded in a very friendly and relaxed manner which gave us a great feeling that they were there for us.
All staff that we came into contact with were excellent.

I came across a property for sale I have admired for years that went up for sale with Just Property. It only took them two weeks from that date of me making an enquiry to finding a buyer/offer for the sale of my property so I could secure an accepted offer. This timing is outstanding.

I dealt with Ashley Hodd throughout the process and whilst we were faced with hurdles you expect to break a chain Ash saved it, kept it together and made it happen effortlessly. The hurdles had potential to be really stressful for me however Ash managed it all from start to finish and delivered.
