Wonderful communication, impeccable customers service. The K9 Jets team made me feel at ease during a huge international move with my pup. They made the whole process seamless and comfortable for both my dog and I. We had a wonderful experience, and will use K9 Jets again for future moves.

Very supportive in making the booking and preparing everything, very welcoming and very attentive checking in and on the flight (a time for the dogs to get to know one another is a great idea). The atmosphere on the flight allowed my dog to relax and sleep. Altogether a great experience.

I’ve flown K9 Jets twice so far and both times my experience was seamless! Being able to check in so shortly before the flight & exit so quickly after, really reduces the stress of travel on my dog & myself. While in flight he’s happy & comfortable as am I. And I feel relieved to know he’s safe and sound as we take an 8 hour or longer flight. Everyone I’ve encountered from the company has been friendly and endlessly helpful. It’s an amazing idea, which has really helped me be able to travel long distances with my dog safely and comfortably. Im already planning my next adventure based on where K9 Jets flies!

Adam and Kirsty went above and beyond to help ensure that we were able to get our dog to London in time for her life-saving heart surgery. We flew NJ to London and then back home again on K9 Jets and had a truly fantastic experience. The flights were so comfortable and everyone we interacted with at K9 was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Being able to have my dog in-cabin with me both ways removed so much stress from such a difficult time and we felt so well looked after on both flights.

K9 Jets is a top level organization. I recently flew to Lisbon and my experience was fantastic. Before the flight, K9 Jets were quick to respond to all my requests.
My Dog was treated wonderfully and I will be using the service again!

This is an incredibly well run airline and a great company. I traveled in December from New Jersey to London. From start to finish they were responsive, assistive, and exceedingly pleasant. I originally planned for a trip with my 2 dogs, and when one of them died unexpectedly just 2 weeks before the flight, I received a very personal and kind message from the team giving me their condolences. The arrival process was very smooth as well, and they even had a personalized dog toy for my boy (and even gave us the one they had made for my dog that died, which may seem like a small gesture on their part but was very touching). They also worked really well with Pawsitive Pets to make sure our paperwork was all in order which gave me confidence that all would be well once we arrived in London.
Overall this is a wonderful way to travel with your pets. So very well worth the money and you are in great hands!

K9 Jets was a first class experience from start to finish. The team was fantastic in every respect beginning with accommodating our 195 pound Irish Wolfhound, Ozzy. Adam and Kristy were personally involved in many aspects of the preparations, and I was thrilled that Adam met us at our destination with a personal gift for our pet. The flight itself was exceedingly comfortable and the crew was first rate. We have already recommended this service to our friends, and we will certainly use K9 Jets when we return to the States.

K9 jets provides a seamless experience for getting your pet relocated.

I used them recently to get my golden retriever from UK to UAE, apart from chartering my own jet this was the only way to get a dog this size into the UAE in-cabin. I couldn’t risk shipping him as cargo, and frankly couldn’t put him through it.

K9 jets is a serious operation, they know what they are doing and it despite the amount of dogs on the flight it still feels like a luxury private charter experience. If you pair them with a pet relocation specialist (which they are able to recommend) you really have all the work done for you - you just need to show up.

Flight was comfortable, the cabin crew went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a refueling stop and our pilot even negotiated a potty break for the pups on board despite push back from the airport. There was a full breakfast, a three course meal and plenty of snacks on board.

Its not cheap and was definitely on the fence about spending the money, but would repeat in a heartbeat.

I had the absolute pleasure of flying on K9 Jets’ inaugural flight from Teterboro, NJ to Geneva with my senior pitbull, Bruno, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, their team provided exceptional service, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. Their thorough communication and detailed explanations made the entire process stress-free and easy to navigate.

On the day of the flight, everything ran seamlessly. The white-glove service was evident from start to finish, and Bruno was treated with the utmost care. He had plenty of space to relax, and the attentive crew made sure he was comfortable and well-hydrated the entire journey. It was clear they genuinely care about the well-being of their furry passengers.

What a luxurious experience for human and hound! No detail missed and the best comms to make this a seamless experience. My older hound passed just days before the journey and such compassion to ensure his memory was with us. Can’t recommend K9Jets enough.

We recently flew our dog, Shadow, from Teterboro, NJ to Farnborough, UK, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Shadow traveled on a private jet with six other dogs, three cats, and their owners, all courtesy of K9 Jets. The team at K9 Jets did an amazing job – they took what could have been a stressful and complicated process and made it simple and even enjoyable. From start to finish, they guided us through every step with professionalism and care. We wholeheartedly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again in the future.

5 stars (and I don’t give those lightly). Flew London to Dubai and the whole process was smooth from end to end. You can really see the quality of a team when things don’t go according to plan. The universe threw a few curve balls prior and during our trip but Adam, Vicky, Emma, Anja and Kimberley went above and beyond to ensure there were no headaches for myself or my dog. Big thanks again and already booked a return trip in June with them. Would like to see some regular routes to Dubai from Frankfurt in the future.

We had a great experience flying with K9 JETS. The staff, especially Adam and Emma, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure both pets and owners felt comfortable throughout. The flight was smooth, the dogs were well cared for, and the atmosphere was calm and stress-free. The crew’s flexibility and support stood out, though we feel a bit more proactive communication beforehand would have been helpful for first-time travellers like us. Overall, an excellent service we’d absolutely recommend and use again!

Thank you for an amazing experience and flight. I will never forget it. Everything was so easy - from the pre-flight teams call to get all the information to meeting up an hour before take off and security when getting off the plane. The actual flight was simply outstanding. A once in a lifetime experience for me and one I’m so happy to have had with my old, large dog. We were relocating from Europe to the U.S. and there was no way I’d put her in cargo. So happy this service exists. Now she got to snooze the whole way instead of being stressed and anxious in a cage in cargo. Thank you!
