Very knowledgable and helpful salespeople.
Super helpful and more than willing to help me find the right product for me.
Product was shipped out fast and for a very reasonable price.
For smaller things, it'd be nice to have a slightly cheaper postage option via RM or similar, as 8 quid is a bit steep when you only want one item.

Very long delivery times
Very long delivery times, with little updates from KT. Wrong parts sent and took months to be replaced, pretty poor communication throughout the entire process. The products are fine, but then that is no compliment to KT as they are just the distributors, you can buy the products directly from the suppliers with probably less hassle.
