I particularly appreciated the customer service whilst getting my custom kit from Kalas. Gavin and his colleagues were very helpful and answered my many questions. The price of custom kit is always going to be pretty high but the kit I received very much warranted the price I paid and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Very poor quality of the aero socks.
Socks broken at the toe after only two cycles. Kalas indicates that it is not due to the material. For 29 euros I expected more quality. Never order here again.

The all-round customer service provided by Kalas is outstanding. Ordering is quick and simple. Delivery is super fast. The quality of the products is excellent, well made and very durable. Very good value for money.

Gavin made a great first impression which made me want to use Kalas to get my kit created. It was an easy and professional process from start to finish. Great products with great customer service.

Gavin spent a lot of time and patience getting the design right for us, every time we thought we had it, we then wanted another minor change, but they all add up.

Communication on shipping was excellent, well packaged items.

If we're being very very picky, some of the cut of the items don't lend themselves to a perfect seam, but honestly that's being very very detailed in any criticism.

Would recommend Kalas for sure.

We designed a custom branded kit for our business and from start to finish the experience with Kalas Custom has been outstanding!

The design service is excellent with guidance from the team at Kalas which is free of charge and they are more than happy for you to tweak and change this several times until you get a design you are happy with.

The quality of the kit is also excellent, the bibs are very comfortable and long lasting, still going a number of years later.

I have also found the customer service excellent, I had one pair of shorts where the elastic went just above the knee and this was replaced without question.

Finally I have also ordered a Wet and Windy jersey from the website and this is absolutely fantastic for winter riding.

Overall I would highly recommend Kalas and especially for the custom service.

I owned bike shop for 8 years, tried and tested most clothing brands. Kalas as good as any, better than most. Accurate sizing, comfort, technical properties which work, longevity and good customer service. My custom order arrived swiftly. There was absence of printing on one piece which was rectified free of charge. Mistakes happen, it's how they are dealt with that matters. Communication was exemplary.

Ware bestellt, mit UPS versendet. Paket kam nie bei mir an. Anfrage an den Kundesupport gestellt aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Rechtliche Schritte werden jetzt nach 30 Tagen geprüft.
Finger weg von diesem Händler wenn ihr euch Ärger ersparen wollt.

I bought the Passion Z3 bib shorts for 169,00 Euro.
I had two lesions on the pad after 115km of cycling, now after less than 4 months and 500km the glue of the bibs is damaged. Poor performace! The customer service was very arrogant and didn't provide any customer service at all, claiming the damages were either mechanical nature and therefor my fault or due to incorrect washing (and again my fault). My father in law handwashed his identical bib shorts (6 months old) and the glue in the area of the bibs is dissolving too.

For the price of one pants of Kalas you get almost 3 bib shorts of the "premium" Decathlon brand Van Rysel, which will last you longer and cost you less. And in case of trouble Decathlon provides a far better costumer service. Never again Kalas!

Dissapointed to see Kalas sponsoring Motip and copying another cycling teams design. Poor effort 👎

They're a joke. They promote themselves as "Czech manufacturer" and half of the range comes from the Far East. Jackets made for orangutans - narrow in the chest with extremely long sleeves. They also cheat with discount coupons. I strongly do not recommend.

Ordered the British Cycling jersey and bib shorts on Tuesday, they arrived on Thursday morning of the same week. Wore them for a 80km ride and was impressed of who comfortable and breathable the products were. The jersey pockets are easily accessible with the added touch of a water proof phone bag clipped onto it.

I ordered a size 4 as I wear a large and the fit was perfect, I’d equated the sizes as 1 = XS, 2 = S, etc.

Will definitely purchase more kit from them, thank you for your great products!!!!

Lamentable servicio postventa.Compré unos calcetines aero (29,90€) que no ajustan bien y se caen(esto ha ocurrido a la media hora de haberlos estrenado en la única salida en bicicleta que hecho con estos calcetines)
No admiten ni cambio ni devolución porque dicen que ya los he estranedo.,.
Y cómo iba a saber que son tan de mala calidad los calcetines antes de estrenarlos!!!?

I love how comfortable the clothing is. Whether it is windy or not, it does not affect the fitting. I have also worn the bibbed shorts in a downpour and again I remained dry and comfortable. I would highly recommend Kalas for any road cyclists who ride regularly.

Placed order (road bike tights) on Tuesday late in the night. Received the package in Vienna on Thursday noon. That's FAST!!!

The product looks and feels VERY good, it came in a box, with a nice text from the founder printed inside, including also a bag to put the tights in before washing.

The only beef that I have is that they are sending the password you chose during registration per e-Mail in clear text.

Also, there are some parts of the web page and in the mails which are not localized correctly (i.e. they are in Czech language). That's not a biggie though.

All in all: a very very good first experience!

I've been very impressed so far with Kalas customer service. Items were despatched quickly & my questions were answered promptly. I had no idea of their sizing as this is my 1st purchase from Kalas so ordered 2 sizes & have sent one back. Quality seems excellent so I'm a happy customer.

Unable to exchange unused goods because they are the wrong size after using their sizing chart. Late delivery with very poor communication

Following on from Kalas reply the jersey was not personalised to me and there was no communication until I phoned up to check the status as I had received nothing at all from Kalas to that point and it was over a month since I had ordered
