Avoid and save yourself a lot of wasted effort. Three scheduled appointments cancelled, two of which were cancelled over half way through the appointment slot. The other cancelled the night before.... Voir plus

Overall a good experience
Engineer arrived 1 hour late. Did not ring to inform and had to follow-up with Kantan. The guy in customer service was nice and apologetic.

Great service!
Engineer was on time, rang me beforehand as requeated. Did a great job, and pointed out a really major fault that none of my other gase dsafety check people has ever picked up on. Spot on.

Easy to book, great results
Our local engineer was unavailable so decided to try this service we found on Google. The engineer they sent was polite and very professional and our boiler was fixed in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommend them and I’ll use them again (hope I won’t have to).

No over shoes worn to protect stairs and landing carpet. Had difficulty understanding engineer at times, but generally satisfied with the work

Hi Matt, thanks for your feedback. Although, not a requirement, we do suggest our engineers to have over-shoe protection in their vans just in case the customer requests it. I have forwarded your comments to your engineer so we can avoid these situations in the future.
More than happy to give praise where…
More than happy to give praise where praise is due. Simple process of applying for a repair visit. On the day the engineer rang to say would it be ok if he arrived 2 hours early. Faulty part located, new one sourced and fitted within two hours.
I was expecting an extra two days.
Life back to normal again, 40 degrees and a shower !!

Excellent Service
Found via Google, excellent communication and quickly organised a visit. The engineer that visited was great, very though but in and out really quick. Had the certificate we needed within a day of the appointment. Highly recommended

Our favourite app for running our business
We’ve been using Kantan for a while now. Exceptional company. The rate of progress in development of the app has been outstanding, listening to us as a small company to see what changes they can make to make our life easier. Much more reliable in my experience than GasEngineerSoftware. Extremely easy to use. From experience with previous apps and old online portals it’d struggle to say how many hours per week I’ve saved, but I can assure you that it is hours not minutes!
