DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND UNETHICAL DEALINGS
I am so disappointed in this product and in this company. I ordered two different bottles of fingernail polish, and both were lumpy. I even took one to a professional nail salon to try it out, and it came out lumpy. I asked the owner why, and she said it was the poor quality of my fingernail polish. She even applied it to her own hand and it was still lumpy. I then took my complaints directly to Karma via email with pictures showing them the lumpy fingernail polish on my fingers and asked them what may have happened, and asked about dry time, how this can be prevented, is it old, etc., but NO RESPONSE. After one month of waiting for a response from Customer Service, I then called their main phone number where I could barely understand the gal who answered the phone (Overseas?), and I was given another phone number where I left a message and asked for a refund, and again NO RESPONSE and it's been over a month. Since I did not hear back from this company, I will never shop here again since they produce a substandard product, they do not stand by their products that they sell, and their customer service is worthless. This was all a waste of my time and money and one of the worse experiences I have ever had with any cosmetics company. I will be looking for another company and a different brand. I even put two bad reviews in directly into their website, and neither were posted so they apparently screen their reviews and they only post 4 and 5 stars. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR CHEATING AND STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!!! What comes around, goes around.
