This Company Is Incompetent!
The incompetence of this Company's administration is staggering. I have been trying to resolve issues over my new contract since January and they are STILL managing to get things wrong simply by not reading through correspondence they are sending out to make sure it is relevant, correct and consistent.

Everything was easy to get a new contract. More options should have been available, i believe, but I'm happy. Internet service is superb.

I called kcom earlier I thought I had an internet problem. After speaking to a nice young man it turned out to be a problem with my sky tv! He could not have been nicer and very patient with a golden oldie )

Communication from start to finish was fantastic, emails letting me know dates and time were correct, equipment arriving the next day.
Greg and Ellis arrived fully laden and cracked on in no time at all, every step photographed and documented. They told me what they were doing, how it all worked, setup the eeros and generally kept their areas safe and tidy. After finishing they cleared the garden so it looked tidier than before, all in all a fantastic job by two great guys.

Piece of mind with KCOM…
I choose KCOM because of the very good service. It is worth paying a little extra as you get easy access to customer services and the excellent technical department by phone or pop into the showroom.

As a customer for 50 years they are rewarding me by giving me their loyalty discount, this makes my renewal £29.99 a month, were if I was a new customer it would be £24.99 a month.GOODBYE. Update 17/3/2026 I had a talk they will not give me the right price, I have left them.

Be aware of doorstep mis-selling
Sales staff door knocking mislead advising to sign up then to lock price in until March 27 even though installation wouldn't be until until May. Price lock is not true. All deals subject to March 26 price increase. Hub sent out even though contract cancelled next day and forced to pay return postage on hub. Why send a hub out when Installation was not until May and by law 14 days cooling off period. From my limited experience of this company very bad customer service and business ethics, be aware!
