Great service, great people. Its nice to speak to someone providing Internet who knows what they're talking about, while I encountered a few issues initially setting up these were easily sorted by customer services.

Overpriced slow speed service from a Telephone/ Broadband provider that doesn’t attempt to communicate with you if there is a problem.
Moved to another provider giving 5x the speed for 40% less a month. Then they want to talk to me, See ya 👋
Update 27/03/2026. 16:38 - I spoke to KCom customer services, once I’d made the decision to leave and go to another provider, explaining that they are to expensive especially as there is so much competition available. Since leaving a Trustpilot review, they are constantly trying to get in touch with me; I assume to tell them yet again. Loyal customers shouldn’t be used as cash cows once out of contract, they should be called and have their choices explained not just increase significantly and penalised for staying with them two years. Nor should loyal customers have to call and discuss they may want to leave then have prices of alternative providers matched or bettered. All they are doing is showing that they can actually provide a cost effective deal, which just makes it worse how much they charge you when out of contract.
Try contacting customers by phone with new options rather than emailing them with thanks for the 2 years business, now we we are going to shaft you till you get the hump & then we’ll do even cheaper than before!!
A once great company to have used as a customer and worked for sadly living on borrowed time.

I left this company over two years ago. They rang me the other day to ask me if I still had their service despite the fact that that I left years ago fight and even got compensation for some reason they thought I was a customer now they’ve sent me a Customer survey to ask me how did I find making my payment? I haven’t made them any Payments they are completely diabolical.
Not to mention that their signal is also rubbish as well

After the initial contact the engineer appointment was made the next day to fix the fault. This was great as my dad is in a care home.

Its been sorted yet KCOM sent send out random emails about my payment history this HAS NEVER BEEN a issue before yet twice asking for same information about has was making payments hard or easy.
My last word
Don’t need to be contacted again now let’s run the two year contract down.

Switched over to KCOM today. The engineers worked swiftly and efficiently. They were friendly and answered my questions clearly and patiently. Everything is working perfectly. I have the same download speed as I had with EE and much faster upload speed. The main difference is that KCOM are £50 a month cheaper.

We had an install today from Jake and Matt, good set of lads very efficient and they left no mess at all which my mrs was please about.

Ellis and Blake fitted our new KCom wifi system today. Absolutely amazing! They sorted everything with minimal fuss, knew exactly what they were doing, and made sure we were fully reconnected before they left. Great blokes - first class service.

KCOM are useless if you plan on using your own superior equipment instead of their Amazon supplied Eero spy-routers. Spent an hour of my time trying to get password and login information from numpties who couldn't tell the difference between uppercase and lowercase letters.

Start to finish spoke to real people writhing two minutes of call. All queries answered and problems resolved.

Although the broadband has been good, the emphasis is on making as much money as possible from the consumer, corporate greed by faceless, uncontactable executives of the highest order, been with the company for 40+years, the renewal price for being a loyal customer was extortionate, the prices for new customers was hundreds of pounds (annually) less than I was offered, I feel for the advisors as they have their hands tied behind their backs, I am in the process of leaving and have got a far better deal elsewhere, as I stated earlier, corporate greed of the highest order.

The incompetence of this Company's administration is staggering. I have been trying to resolve issues over my new contract since January and they are STILL managing to get things wrong simply by not reading through correspondence they are sending out to make sure it is relevant, correct and consistent.
