Purchased previously without a problem. Same can't be said for my latest order. 3 weeks, allegedly shipped but not received?? Poor customer service, no resolution. Very upset customer.

We started by brewing ourselves and loved it so much we wanted to create a business where we could help out others who share our passion! We made wort chillers in our garage and eventually developed a quality technique that ensures a consistent brand standard for our wort chillers. Recently we have adapted to offer fully custom designs, sizes, and dimensions. We then stocked Cornelius kegs and have added them to our website! After our initial success, we wanted to grow into a brand. We have since started to build our product base and will soon be your one-stop brewing store. I had a problem with a wine kit that I bought from Kegthat it didn't ferment out properly it got stuck and they sent me a pack of yeast to restart it but it was still too sweet to drink, and I told them this and they replaced the kit with a new one for free the next day excellent service you can't get better than that, they are great to deal with a very good family business to deal with, I will always buy from them.
