Purchased previously without a problem. Same can't be said for my latest order. 3 weeks, allegedly shipped but not received?? Poor customer service, no resolution. Very upset customer.

We started by brewing ourselves and loved it so much we wanted to create a business where we could help out others who share our passion! We made wort chillers in our garage and eventually developed a quality technique that ensures a consistent brand standard for our wort chillers. Recently we have adapted to offer fully custom designs, sizes, and dimensions. We then stocked Cornelius kegs and have added them to our website! After our initial success, we wanted to grow into a brand. We have since started to build our product base and will soon be your one-stop brewing store. Currently, we are a small, family business so we have a lot of time on our hands! This means we can focus on you.. send us an email at any time of the day and we will respond within minutes! Most of order in stock. Swopped out liquid yeast for cheaper dry yeast and said will be refunded difference. No contact from them. I won't follow up as only £4 but would have been nice to have had refund.
Otherwise, good ingredients in a local place

Kegthat stocked the bottle style I wanted and their price was good. On their web site I could not find the shipping option I wanted so contacted the company for help. Kath was ever so helpful and sorted out the shipping for me. The box of bottles and caps arrived a few days later, well packed and with no breakages.
