Purchased previously without a problem. Same can't be said for my latest order. 3 weeks, allegedly shipped but not received?? Poor customer service, no resolution. Very upset customer.

We started by brewing ourselves and loved it so much we wanted to create a business where we could help out others who share our passion! We made wort chillers in our garage and eventually developed a quality technique that ensures a consistent brand standard for our wort chillers. Recently we have adapted to offer fully custom designs, sizes, and dimensions. We then stocked Cornelius kegs and have added them to our website! After our initial success, we wanted to grow into a brand. We have since started to build our product base and will soon be your one-stop brewing store. Ordered from Ben and he was super helpful and incredibly willing to give suggestions etc. Small mix up with the delivery and I ended up with loose leaf hops instead of pellets; however, Ben was more than happy to re send pellets (however I used them anyway. The hops came in a vacuum packed bag and were really fresh and FULL of flavour! They really packed a punch.
I am already placing my second order with him. This is a company you can trust.

My first experience with Kegthat didn’t…
My first experience with Kegthat didn’t go quite as planned. However, they bent over backwards to put things right. I have subsequently ordered more stock and service has been exceptional. Despite the current restrictions due to pandemic I received everything quickly and well packaged.
