Okay, but unaple to use the remap keys function
The design is nice, and the quality is decent; however, the prices are comparable to competitors that have a better reputation and history in the market. I purchased both models, the Pro and the Max, and they both experienced the same issue with key remapping.
The keys feel a bit wobbly compared to a same price tag competitor, and the prints on the keycaps are not backlit. Instead, the illumination comes from behind the keycaps, making them difficult to read in dark environments.
I returned both keyboards and purchased an Asus Falchion instead for almost the same price. It offers way more features than a Keychron.

The keyboards themselves are okay - though its important to mention that it will take weeks for the product to arrive. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the returns policy on the Keychron's website, as its full of flashing red flags. There is a striking contrast between the quality of their product and the quality of their customer service.
Lots of spam, unsubscribe not possible
I'm getting regular spam from this company because I made an account in order to try to buy something (unsuccessfully, because they never have adequate stock levels). I've tried to unsubscribe multiple times, but nothing happens and the spam keeps coming. Avoid.

Reported a fault with the board when it arrived. At first all seemed well and customer service asked for some photos which I sent over. Then radio silence!
I've heard nothing for three months despite constant chasing and I'm left with a board I can't use. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else!
blinding leds...
I have a Keychron keyboard for over a year. Works fine, but backlight is blinding me when i use it, so it's just a useless feature.
For a £98 keyboard (including £12 delivery) it's annoying.
Customer Service - ERROR 404 Customer Service not found!
The keyboard is fantastic and has been for months. BUTTTTT the Bluetooth stopped working 2 weeks ago and Keychron UK are basically no existent. Raised multiple tickets - no response, sent multiple emails - no response, chatted on the live chat when they are available which only seems to be in the middle of the night - no response despite showing as online.
What other options do i have? None, £160 keyboard less than a year old that no longer works and a company that does no respond, PayPal who i paid through also do not care as its past their 180 days of protection.
Avoid at all costs. Great keyboards or not.
Should of probably come here first before taking the plunge on a keyboard from this useless company. Bought a keyboard about 10/12 days ago from a "uk" store / site.
...10 /12 days later. Still no keyboard in which I had paid £10 for delivery. £10! An absolute disgrace in today's day and age that it takes so long to dispatch a product. I could of taken a flight to China and picked it up at that rate.
I further decided to email SEVERAL times. But this company must still be making keyboards for their staff as they don't reply for days on end either. It was my first and it will be my last time ordering from Keychron don't care how many products they have in CES etc. They'll be black listed and never getting a dime of me again. Their lack of communication with customers is an absolute disgrace.
Warranty refers to all Keychron products, support says warranty is only those purchased directly from Keychron
I purchased my K3 Max via Amazon in the latter half of last year. Recently I noticed frequent double registration of the period key so yesterday I emailed Keychron support describing the issue and providing my serial number.
The reply I received this morning says that their warranty only applies to products purchased directly via their website and I would need to contact my reseller.
I have read the warranty on their website and it describes a warranty for all Keychron products, not only those purchased directly.
Additionally, given the issue was localised to a single key it is more than likely a problem with a specific key switch. I tested this theory by swapping the switch with the screen capture key and the period key is no longer registering twice confirming the theory. If I were to go to Amazon with this issue they would likely need to replace the entire keyboard and reclaim their costs from Keychron, however if Keychron were to take responsibility for their products all they would need to do is send out a replacement switch which would be far more cost effective for everyone involved.
I contrast this with a recent experience with Sodastream where my device purchased via John Lewis started failing; Sodastream quickly identified the problem and sent me a brand new device and accessories. That is a company that cares for, and knows how to support, their customers. Keychron clearly does not.

Avoid this company at all cost! I bought a keyboard on the Amazon front store, some keys started having problems two weeks later. I contacted Amazon and redirected to their contact us webpage. Their replied two weeks later, telling me all warranty are only for Keychron's customer, and that I should contact the manufacturer where I bought the keyboard.
They were the manufacturer written on Amazon. I didn't ask for a replacement even. I was asking them how to troubleshoot my problem with keys not working. Overpriced keyboards that are made in china with mediocre quality. Keychron is shit.

Ordered a keyboard for my son’s birthday
. Hadn’t had any tracking details after 12 days so I contacted asking for an update. It took them 3 days to reply to say the item is out of stock and to choose something else. I replied saying I wanted a refund instead. After another 3 days they replied to say it would be processed and I’ll receive it in 5-7 business days. I now won’t have enough time to get a keyboard for my son’s birthday.

Definitely not based in the UK despite claiming to be. Customer service seems to be run by one individual with english not being their first language. Product received broken, asked for refund/return and was asked if would be willing to replace the PCB... which will void warranty according to the real Keychron website. Avoid

They are scammers. I received a non-functional cable which cost £25. They made me return it with a tracking delivery which cost almost half the item price, instead of offering delivery/return included already as they charge delivering fees.
SCAMMERS, send faulty products and refuse to replace them
Purchased a keyboard from them, arrives faulty, refusal to replace it. Terrible company, product and service. Based on other reviews it seems like standard operating procedure.

Well, I'll cut to the short.
You should be aware of the fact that this company ships the keyboards from China. yes.
So, waiting part can be 5 days, 10 days or maybe even 15 days. As long as you are prepared for this situation the rest is smooth.
I don't need to say anything about the keyboard itself. It is as described. Works perfectly fine and quality of both hardware and software is brilliant.

Like the most people complaining here, I wasn't aware that this is a Chinese company which is shipping the products from China when I ordered the keyboard. I know it's not good marketing to tell to customers that your order will be with you between 5 to 15 days but they should have stated that the products come from China and it can take a while to deliver them to you. That's why I'm not giving it 5 stars.
Tracking was smooth as well. You can use Evri and Shop apps to track your order through applications or you can track it through the website they give you with the code in your order email.

Bought a Q6 Pro. It arrived in 5 days and tracking was amazing - every step of the way.
It is clear on the website that everything comes from China so no issues there and 5 days from there to home is great.
The keyboard arrived in great condition, worked out of the box and is a lovely keyboard!
K10 pro, great as always
Bought a pair of keychron k10 pro ISO's for me and my partner as i have bought from this company in the past (K4 pro), and had no trouble at all, there was a notice which stated shipping would be late because of lunar new year which is fair enough and i apreciate the upfront warning about it, once shipped both arrived within 3 working days via royal mail with tracking along the whole way. my only grievance is that the matching wristrests were out of stock, so i will be waiting for those to be back in stock to buy those aswell.
I also at first mistakenly purchased the ANSI version of both boards and both were refunded the second i notified them via their live chat which was active despite the holiday. 10/10 experience.
