Bought a K2 V2. Initially so happy, felt like a great keyboard but had nothing but constant bluetooth drops forcing a re-pair each time. Eventually, it's just stopped working altogether. Tried to... Voir plus

Zero customer service
Purchased a Q1 Pro. One switch not working on arrival. Contacted support for assistance. No response to multiple requests. Non-existent customer service and all products shipped from China regardless of which regional website used. I have warned friends and colleagues not to purchase from Keychron. It's the least I can do.
Quick delivery great product
Good product, dishonest support - avoid!
Their support is dishonest! I contacted keychron.uk asking whether the purchase price included UK taxes and was hoping for a straight answer. Instead, the advisor tried to mislead me by saying tax was included, but she didn't mean VAT and it wasn't at all clear. When I explicitly asked about VAT again, she just said not to worry, and then when I pressed the point I got no response even after chasing, and this is a week later, still nothing. Imagine that but you've already paid your money and been charged the 20% plus admin fee from courier.

Hi, you don't need to pay the import tax, don't worry.
Thanks

Hi Dawn,
I'd be ordering to the UK, so it's VAT that I'm concerned about. I take it from your response that VAT would be included in the price (otherwise I'd have to pay that tax on import), but could you please confirm that this is so before I place the order.

Hi, when it arrive at your country, the logistics will deal with it, it will deliver to your address

Hi there,
I'm following up about my question to do with VAT. Is VAT included in the price at checkout on keychron.uk?

amazing product terrible company
the product is amazing i love it - but the company are rubbish!! I bought on amazon and it was shipped with one key of the wrong type. it is a different shape to the others. Amazon want the whole keyboard back for return, but all I need is one key and keychron won't even send it to me, despite it being their error!!
Chinese website - bad shipping company
Their website keychron.uk ships from china, not from the uk so it will take a couple of weeks.
They used some terrible shipping company in ireland called fastway that didnt contact me when they delivered it. No notification or phone call. Just dropped it on a wall and drove off.
Product looks good but they need to be more honest about where it ships from and who is shipping it.
Fastway shipping is the worst.
Package was left outside in the rain and cold for 5 days till i found it by chance behind a wall. Inside package was full of water but it didnt reach the keyboard luckily.
Order was supposed to arrive at least a…
Order was supposed to arrive at least a week ago. It hasn't.
EVRI is holding on to my parcel like a steel trap. Keychron was responsive at first, telling me they'd pry it loose. If they tried, they failed. Now they're playing dead.
I'd be happy to come on here, actually review their product and change my score if they do something about it.
Update (15/8): my original order was July 12. I wrote this review on August 3. It's now August 15. Keychron told me last week that they would ship a new keyboard and give me a tracking number. I have yet to get that number.
Update (17/8): I have received the tracking number. The package appears to be in China. No estimated delivery date, but I'm assuming about 10 days.
Update (28/8): the keyboard arrived over the weekend. It's very good and I look forward to using it. I won't change my score though. I received no compensation for the trouble. Nothing beyond a perfunctory apology. I think they actually found the keyboard that got lost along the way to me and had it sent back to China.
Long delivery for a worthwhile keyboard
Thought I'd jump onto Trustpilot after the negative reviews making me panic! The delivery from China took about 9 days and it was all tracked through the Shop all which provided live updates from 4PX and Royal Mail. The product itself is lovely.
The reviews for K3 Pro are nothing but great online and I can vouch for those reviews to say it's definitely worth the money.
Obviously I've had no interaction with customer service since my transaction was straight forward, but after looking at other reviews, it seems as though I've got to take good care of the keyboard so I don't have to deal with them or even the long return journey home.
Woeful
Purchased a keyboard & case for near £120. Shipping from China took forever but hey, not the end of the world. Keyboard relatively easy to set up for Mac & PC. 6 months down the line, starts playing up (keys getting stuck on Bluetooth and spamming input). Faulty. Contact customer service, get given the run around (turn it off, reset it etc) then get offered £20 to just use it with a cable. Not acceptable, for something bought for that purpose. Then they offer £50 as a return ‘will take a very long time’. Still, no. Again request a replacement, and after no small effort, they finally admit no stock and item discontinued (wonder why!). Fine! I’ll take a full return & refund. Now they’ve ghosted me and I’ve had to take it up with CC company.
Avoid like plague! Lovely product but shoddy quality for money and CS nonexistent.
Truly terrible buying experience
Along with other reviewers I was caught out by shipping being done from China. Also when asking why my tracking status doesn’t change I was informed that ‘it has now shipped’. Customer service responds reasonably quickly but is dismissive. Online companies can’t behave like this. If you are in the UK I have found that computerorbit will provide a great shopping experience and mask fact that keychron.uk is really keychron.cn
Arrived broken, customer service awful
The keyboard came damaged, with one of the switches being completely broken.
I emailed their support, and was immediately told that I was at fault, that I must have attempted to modify the keyboard, and was patronisingly told off for breaking my keyboard.
After some back and forth, the customer service rep begrudgingly accepted that it arrived broken, and proceeded to tell me that I can pay an exorbitant delivery fee for them to send me spare parts. I refused to pay more money for broken equipment, so they relented and dropped the delivery fee. They then explained how I should fix the keyboard, linking me to an in depth technical page, that very explicitly voids my warranty.
All in all, I am out of pocket, and now stuck in a prolonged argument with someone who speaks very bad English, stuck with a broken keyboard that I wish I never bought.
Its not clear shipping is from abroad.
I bought from a UK distributer but they ship from China. The postage is £10 plus I got another charge of £16 for customs. This isn't made clear when purchasing. In addition, this isn't the best company for UK layouts. There are only a few options. I made a compromise and bought a US layout for a test buy. I need more keyboards, but until these things are solved, I will look elsewhere.
If you live in the UK don't buy it
If you live in the UK don't buy it. Keycaps don't really match UK layouts. And their company is not in the UK and they force you to pay return costs and they dont really want to take returns. I got a Q6 full layout with a knob a whooping 200 pounds keyboard but came with spanish keycaps. Pain in the but to return these, so I ended up buying UK keycaps for Q6, they sent another one that doesn't match my keyboard and they keys dont even fully match UK layout. It take many days to arrive as they are based in China I believe. I wouldn't recommend
Don't let them fool you
Don't let them fool you into thinking that these are good keyboards. The keycap quality of the low profile keyboard I bought it terrible and they say that you can replace the keycaps but you can't because they don't fit because the stabilisers are 2 mm misaligned. All I got from the support team was "Thanks for your feedback! We will pass it to the design team and hope it will be improved!"
Great keyboards and accessories
Great keyboards and accessories, even the packaging is well presented. One of the very few companies that manufacture proper ISO keycap sets that match a standard UK keyboard (`¬¦, 2", 3£, 4$€, '@, #~, \| symbols are all on the correct keys)
Only downside is the shipping, which is expensive considering it took 2 weeks to receive the item.
1 star as zero stars not possible
I am sure the Q6 keyboard I ordered on January 5th 2023 is a great product but in order to understand this I would first need to have my hands on it.
Delivery was going great until the item hit the final delivery depot at Evri in the UK on January 11th. I got informed of a delay and contacted Keychron for an update who advised I should wait 2 working days for the issue to clear.
It is now 9 days since the item has ‘experienced an issue’ and there is no sign of the delivery progressing. I cannot contact Evri as the shipper must do this in order to raise a case.
I appreciate that Keychron has no control over the courier but I have tried to contact them multiple times via Email and chat with no engagement or response since their initial response that advised of a 48 hour delay.
I suspect the packaging made it obvious what was been shipped and given Evri’s reputation the parcel has ‘gone missing’.
As Keychron are not engaging and demonstrating no customer support I am having to raise a dispute with my bank in order to try and get a refund.
The final insult was an invite to provide this review on their website after no engagement at all!
Beware of this retailer and avoid.
No issues, delivery in 1 week + 2 days
Ordered a keyboard, realised that it wasn't the one I wanted, emailed and the order was cancelled next working day with no issues. Ordered another, shipping took just over 1 week, and was fully tracked. Order was handed over to Royal Mail for delivery.
No issues, just be aware that they ship from China.
Be aware that this company ships from…
Be aware that this company ships from China. Items that are supposedly in stock are not in the UK.
Would not have ordered from them had this been disclosed. They won't cancel the transaction because the package is already in transit.

I order keyboard + cable for the Black Friday. Both products are still in stock in the store and the agents from the support are pushing me to cancel the order in order to pay again full price without the discount from the Black Friday.
I'm chatting with the support and tell them that the cable as accessories in stock (the same colour of my order) and they still claim that it is out of stock.
WARNING! Chinese company masquerading as a UK company
If you buy from Keychrone UK Ltd you are buying from a Chinese company. When you eventually receive the item, and you realise that it is an overpriced and badly designed product you have no comeback on the supplier. You will get a message to return to China at your expense, and to make a false Customs declaration regarding the value. If you are a VAT registered company in the UK, as we are, and you request a VAT invoice you will not get one.
Why would a company pretend it is in the UK when it is on the other side of the planet? Reason has to be to deceive the buyer. You can return the junk when you realise that it is so poor, but you have to send it to China at your expense – which is likely to cost near the cost of the rubbish you have just received.
Why is it rubbish? Well, it has keys that bang onto the base with a loud clack. Try having to work next to someone typing and producing a loud clacking noise and even having to endure that if it is yourself typing. Next, it has an illuminated keyboard but the designer, a child I imagine, thinks that you will enjoy pulsing and flashing lights in a number of different hideous variations. Yes, there is just illuminated but it is hard to find it amongst the psychedelic lights and is easily lost again if the light key is accidently brushed against. Delivery is slow and when it does arrive the best part of it is the box. Curiously, it is posted from the UK but cannot be returned there.
