Excellent value for money products which after research were cheaper than other comparison sites and even though the price was cheaper this company didn't compromising on the quality of the product which was brilliant. The site was easy to navigate which meant finding products really easy and hassle free, we love our outside garden lights so much we purchased 2 set.

We ordered 2 sets of outdoor bulb link lights,
Both came in great time, the electrical man fitted them linked them and 2 bulbs on the second set wasn't working, we changed the 2 bulbs with 2 from the set that was all working to check and yes two bulbs are faulty...
I contacted the company for 2 spare bulbs and was told they wld give me £4.50 refund as they r short of spares...
Still waiting for an answer as I again asked for 2 bulbs to replace the faulty ones.

I got the product needed at a very good price. Delivery was fast and communication great throughout.

Everything as described, with a quick and efficient service.

Disappointed with the company and how they handled an error on their part.

I ordered an item on Saturday 11 November 23, order number KFDT20231122263

The company delivered the wrong item, I bought direct From their website but it was delivered via Amazon, so no easy way of returning without me having to pay for postage

I contacted their customer service email to explain they have sent me the wrong product, with a photo of the wrong product and that I need what I ordered for a time sensitive job. Every time they responded, they did not read what I put in the email and ended up offering me 50% off the product that I didn’t want or ordered.

I emailed them 5 times to ask them to send out what I ordered and for what I paid for. I don’t have the time to have to write 5 emails over 5 days( slow responses from the company)

My last resort is to now leave this honest review. Their reviews seem good for the products, but when something goes wrong, how they handle things is shockingly bad and not professional at all.

I ordered a product through PayPal. I received a couple of phone calls, telling me that it’s been a problem processing the payment and would send me an email with a link.
The email arrived with a link supposedly to stripe which I declined to open as we are constantly advised not to open links on emails.
I told them I did not use stripe, but only PayPal. I then received an email asking me if I used PayPal which I confirmed. I was then informed I would receive a link to PayPal, but no link ever arrived.
I then received a text message requesting me to open the link to stripe which I have not done.
I find the behaviour of the company very suspicious indeed, and well below the standards. One would expect for a from a company who can be trusted.

Website good, prices very good and arrived safely within 3 days of ordering online.
Would recommend and use again.
