Purchased the 180w portable infrared heater with feet.

Did not come with instructions.

Contacted support via the phone on the website and they confirmed the panel can be use in portrait.

The panel is dangerously unstable and a fire hazard when feet are fitted.

The IR heater is great, it warms my kitchen quickly and keeps my bald head nice and toasty.

I did have a problem connecting to WiFi but after I emailed them they actually phoned my and helped me through the process, there aren't many companies with that kind of customer service.

I thoroughly recommend them.

I bought the Patio Heater on impulse at the Good Food show at the NEC in June 2023 and I haven't regretted it. The installation was easy, except I had problems connecting it to the Wi-Fi, this was resolved very quickly after an email exchange with Kiasa Customer Support. It produces exactly the right amount of heat for the area it is installed in. I had a problem with the zip on the cover but this was replaced free immediately after reporting it.
Well done Kiasa for a great product and excellent support.

Great product - the FIR bar heaters are amazing and very efficient. What really stands out tho is the online customer service

I purchased a second infrared heating bar from Kiasa as I was so impressed by the heat it produced and the running cost so I decided to purchase a second heater for my garden room as we were arranging a weekend get together and wanted the heater as back up . Unfortunately there was an issue with the heater bar paint quality when delivered. which I raised via email with Kiasa . I was very impressed by the prompt response and Hetal could not be more understanding and apologised regarding the condition of the heaters paint work.
I mentioned that I was having a get together this weekend and would appreciate if a replacement could be dispatched asap this was not a problem . The replacement heater was delivered and the faulty heater collected at the same time.
First class service with no hassles what so ever 5 ⭐️

Changed my broadband supplier so my Radiant WiFi heater was unable to connect via the Smart App.
Contacted Kiasa Tech Support and they talked me through the setup. I was up and running within 5 mins of my call to them. Excellent service from Kiasa, even though my purchase was 18 months ago. Thank you

Recently bought an outdoor heater for a birthday party! Was great in the marquee and keep everyone warm! Would definitely be recommending Kiasa to everyone.

The customer interaction and after sales service was excellent with Kiasa as they explained everything in detail as I was unsure of which product will suit the best according to the measurements of the area. I bought on amazon in september 2022, 3 infrared heating panels from kiasa. After 4 month I had some issues with 2 of the panels. I got in contact with Kiasa, and they have been very professional, always available, giving me for one panel a straight replacement and for the second one another replacement with an upgrade, all free of charge. They have been helpful, available, cordial and prompt when I had the issues, amazing customer service. The panels are coming with 3 years of warranty, so peace of mind as I have seen how efficient customer service Kiasa has. And nonetheless, i am very happy with the panels ad they are saving a lot of energy and keep us cosy and happy.Thanks a lot to the whole team, especially to Heta.

I brought a 2400W heater for my garage that Kiasa say will heat an area up to 30m2. My garage is 15m2 and during the recent cold weather I used the heater for the first time and found that it has virtually no effect on the temperature! This was after having the heater on for 5hrs with the door shut!
I complained to Kiasa and they apologized and suggested that I change the angle of the heater because that might work! It made no difference. I sent photos of the heater in my garage and the interior of the garage too. They responded by saying, "Looking at the images provided, I can see there are a lot of metal objects within the room, the infrared radiation will be absorbed by them first before you receive any heat, unless you are working directly within 2 meters of the radius." Surely every garage and workshop has a lot of metal objects in them?
The heater is sold on the basis of being able to heat a workshop up to 30m2, (and even has a picture of one in a workshop in the images alongside this heater!), now Kiasa say that it's only really good for a 2m radius! I've emailed them several times and their is always a lengthy delay with no response. Until I prompt them again. Just recently they have been responding and they've said that I can return it to them at my own expense to test. They will do the test for free and if there is a fault they will return it for free but won't refund the £35 I'd have spent sending back to them!
I have a suspicion that after sending it back they will stay there is nothing wrong with it and demand money to send it back to me, but if it isn't faulty then why would I want a rubbish heater back!
I've said that I would like a refund and they said as the heater is over six mouths old they don't see why they should, implying that Kiasa think their heaters should only last that long.
These heaters seem like a case of the Emperor's new clothes as in this new infra-red heating doesn't really work. Please avoid!

Just fitted the 340w panel in a small bathroom as there is no central heating as we have moved to air-air heat pumps in main rooms. Works well so far, only set to come on with light and warms quick enough . Great product.

Arrived next day after ordering by DHL so fast service as well.

Re shoe heating products. Sent an email enquiry and received a quick response which enabled me to make an informed decision and place an order. Order arrived in record time. It's a gift so cannot comment on performance of the product but am confident in the customer service of Kiasa. Thank you
