Kimberley - The Caravan & Motorhome People - Nottingham Avis 

I liked the sales I would give them 5 stars. Very helpful, polite and engaging. They also worked as a team.
The service people who prepared the caravan were not very good. Jobs not picked up and work not finished or perhaps checked. The caravan rubber feet fell off on the motorway and the Alko hitch popped up. Water tank had not been cleaned ( sales sorted it out )

I posted a review when we first picked our new Coachman up , and feel after 15 months of ownership another is deserved. As expected, the service has been excellent , top notch. First year service done , faults attended to under warranty and all with very friendly , helpful service from everyone. Special shout out to those in Customer Support , who have answered any questions and issues with a smile. Ashley , Gracie et al many thanks.

Cannot thanks Matt enough for his help and attention to detail in our purchasing of our new Motorhome. From our initial visit, the viewing and his demonstration, organising the deposit payment, through answering numerous phone calls from us about the smaller details, carpet colours, size of this or that, tv brackets, etc, through to the final payment and actually driving away, his professionalism, and his calmness, bless him, were a credit to him and the company. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to have a look here if youre thinking of purchasing a Motorhome or Caravan.

Excellent service from the start!
We had decided to buy our first caravan, with a million questions, Jason was absolutely amazing, always happy to help and answer all the questions we had, everything he did was above and beyond!!

Handover by Darrell was also excellent, again answering any questions, made us feel like nothing was too much trouble!

We had a few areas on the caravan after purchase that needed looking into and all the staff were helpful and rectified everything quickly.

I took our 12 month old Coachman Caravan in to Kimberley Caravans for its first service. We've experienced a few problems with it, but Ashley in the reception area handled both the handover and the pickup in a first rate manner. Most of the work was completed with one item still to resolve, but Ashley explained things really well and has a really friendly, pleasant manner. Would recommend them to other caravan and motorhome users.
