Kip Candle Co Avis

Wonderful small business passionate about what they do - the candles are amazing - they burn so evenly and for such a long time with beautiful fragrance and they are extremely good value for money - on line ordering is easy and good communication about orders from Kyle and Anna - they put their heart and soul into it and you can tell this business and their customers mean everything to them - I highly recommend that you try their products you will not be disappointed

The mystery box was excellent value and I just loved all the items in it. It was so nice getting a suprise as to the items in it. There were new scents to me in there and it was a good way to try new ones. I have yet to find an item I didn't like from Kip Candle Co. From the quality of the product to the customer service I can't fault any of it.

Beautifully packed and good communication from start to finish. The scents are divine and last for ages. My house smelt like a spa after using the Alpine candle. I love these products!

Really impressed with the candles from Kip. They’re well priced for the quality and scent. Quick delivery and well wrapped.
The spiced orange is my particular favourite but the chai has just arrived and smells equally as wonderful. High quality essential oil which fills the room. Love the products!!

Received my order yesterday, always feels like such a treat when the box arrives! Candles beautifully presented. Haven’t tried many of the more winter scents apart from spiced orange which I love but in the sale I have got alpine and spruce both of which smell amazing. Fantastic candles as ever guys thank you ☺️

The Spiced Orange candle is a favourite of ours. We love the scent and the container the candle is in. Online purchase is easy and the candles always arrive quickly, are good value and well packed.

The product is divine, it burns evenly, it’s packed full of fragrance and fills the whole room with its scent, protective packaging was excellent as was the gift bag. Just a complete joy.

First time buyer and I am absolutely over the moon with my order. The spiced orange wax melts are unreal and exactly as described. I will definitely be trying more of the different candle scents in the very near future. Would 100% recommend 😊

Thank you so much for making my room the most relaxed, cozy & gorgeously smelling room it’s ever been . So happy with my purchases from you guys. Fantastic experience in every way great quality products & amazing customer service. I can never get over how amazing the packaging is & the smell! 😍

Great service.
Great product.
Will definitely be buying again

From ordering to delivery the whole process was simple.
The service was fast and as expected the candles were just devine both in scent and to look at. Just excellent quality and look so expensive but I think they’re great prices as they last so long.

Beautiful products, great quality and excellent customer service, great communication and will definitely be receiving future orders from me. Highly recommend

Great friendly efficient service and top quality luxury products

Hi Kip Candles, loving the travel candles. When I first discovered these, I thought it would be a good way of finding out about the scent. After purchasing the alpine's fresh and clean scent, I decided to order the set of Travel candles as they make great gifts for family. I had to purchase the wick trimmer, as well because its very nostalgic, and does a lovely job. Great service with the little bonus gifts, great products and the scents are amazing.

Get excited every time I receive my Kip candle order as they never disappoint and have just received mine with my two favourite scented candles Gingerbread and Spiced orange. Highly recommend these.

Honesty can’t big this company up enough, outstanding customer service, always prompt with responses and great products and service. I’m addicted to the amazing smells of the wax melts

Not only are the candles and presentation lovely from Kip, the customer service is excellent. I had a query about loyalty points which was responded to speedily and in both a friendly and professional manner. Very happy customer.

These candles were recommended to me via online users of Mumsnet, and I always tend to go with their recomendations.
I’d never heard of Kip before then, and wondered if it would live up to the good reviews. I ordered one as a treat as a moving house gift to myself, and saved it until we’d moved in last weekend.
However, even before I’d opened the box fully, I could really smell the fragrance of the candle already, which is rare before it’s even lit.

I then ordered the festive coffee table candle, which really does smell of Christmas!
Used it in the new house, and can honestly say it’s the best candle I’ve ever bought. My husband lost his sense of smell since covid, and even he commented on how nice it smells.

Not cheap, but worth the money.

After meeting Anna in Spitalfields market in 2021 we thought we would try out Kip Candles. Wow were we impressed our personal favourites are Alpine, surfwax, upstate and spiced oranage ( but they are all incredible). Kip Candle provide the best scented candles we’ve ever smelt and I couldn’t recommend them enough and Kyle and Anna provide the most amazing customer service!

Great company, arrived safe and fast with extra product due to having to swap one candle.
