Compostable!
We moved to kiss the hippo coffee as we can put the pods in our compost bin which is a major selling point. Coffee is always on time and its easy to change charge dates in your account. Only negative is applying discount codes. The old code is never removed so you need to contact them to remove it. Every-time you have to do this through their contact form and it can take a while for someone to get back to you.

Big fan of Kiss The Hippo. I regularly buy beans from them, they are consistently high quality and provide rapid delivery.
They are also carbon-negative which is great to see from a coffee roasters. Nothing but positive experiences!

I’m not quite happy with the flavor of…
I’m not quite happy with the flavor of the pods, nor with the customer service.
I’ve ordered the Nespresso compatible pods and the coffee is not aromatic, nor flavorful. Their customer service is quite bad as well. Tried to contact them but failed to get any help.
I ordered a cup and the cup didn’t come with my coffee and it’s way smaller than it looks in the pictures.
