I was a initially apprehensive to place an order with Kitchenfair because I am not keen on companies with no telephone contact numbers. However I am pleased to say delivery of the bin was very quick and I am happy with the product. I will certainly consider them again for future purchases.

Thank goodness for Kitchenfair. I'd been trying to source Hafele hinges (and mounting plate) for months and had no success. Can’t fault the service from kitchenfair. Ordered a sink from them and had problems with the website. Received a message saying to contact them. Emailed them with my details and within 10 minutes they replied and assured me that everything was sorted and I would receive my order the next day.
On the evening I received a message from the courier that they were due to deliver the next day. On the morning I received a message saying they were due to deliver and it would be delivered between 8:30 and 10:30 by (name of driver). Sure enough it arrived at about 9:30. Well done to everyone concerned and I am really pleased with my purchase

I ordered an integral dual kitchen waste bin. It was delivered 'postage free' the next day in perfect condition. The easy to follow instructions enabled me to easily fit it inside the under sink cupboard. I like that it has a 2 year guarantee. I would not hesitate to use Kitchenfair again.

I have been replacing the door in my kitchen and was looking for some speciifc hafele handles, as that is what one of the big DIY chains sells but at a very hight cost ! . You cant buy direct of hafele. I was deciding between 2 online companies but the other major one did have bad customer service reviews so decided to try kitchenflair. The handles were half the price and next day was next day service. I then ran in to some difficulty with hinges as I needed soe 270 hinges and could not get them anywhere. I spoke to kitchenflair and greg advised haeffe were out of stock but he could source them if I would wait. I waited and he emailed me not only that they were i n stock but links to them so made my purchase very easy indeed. I had some other gen queries and Greg was fantasic. I would not hesitate to reccomend the company, as same day replies to any email queries too. Thanks
