Have emailed twice as I am trying to return the item. No phone number and still awaiting a response….

I ordered a Smeg sink which arrived overnight. It unfortunately had a few marks on it so I contacted Kitchenfair customer service. Greg responded straight away and contacted the manufacturer to sort it out for me. He was super quick, professional and ready to help. Amazing customer service!

Bought some handles from Kitchenfair the other week arrived pretty quickly they look great totally transformed our kitchen.

Superb service

Having been let down by another company, and my kitchen re-fit date fast approaching, I needed to find a pullout recycling bin ASAP.
Kitchenfair had the one I needed in stock, I ordered it and it was delivered the next day. I asked a question on email and it was replied to promptly.
Couldn’t be happier, thank you, Kitchenfair :)

Really disappointed as I have not received my item yet. I ordered from this company as the website said next day delivery, however having ordered it on a Saturday I accepted it may not arrive on a Sunday.
It is now Thursday and still no item.
Yesterday morning I received a text message from the courier DX Express to provide me with a 2 hour window and so I made arrangements at work so I could be home for the delivery. It did not arrive and this morning I have received another text with a 2 hour window. Having read the reviews on trust pilot this courier company is little over 1 star and I think the majority of reviews would have rated zero if they could.
This has affected my overall score, and their choice of using a courier with poor customer satisfaction would prevent me from purchasing again from this company.

Best prices I could find online. Really prompt delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kitchenfair, very pleased with their service.

Ordering 4 wooden kitchen door/draw handles was simple process. Already made one order of 20 handles but decided to get a few spare ones in case any get damaged with use over time.

Excellent quality carcasses and doors, the finished product looks fantastic!! I purchased cabinetry for a full kitchen and utility refit, working with Kitchenfair was a pleasure, I made a mistake with my order and missed some doors which were then expedited to me. Ordered my item late afternoon one day, it was delivered the next morning. Super fast, efficient service.

Purchased 3 samples which arrived very promptly with several accurate delivery updates.

My only problem is that I can’t grasp the handle in the lids, otherwise very happy 😊
