Klaydesignerwear Avis 

Checked out the Klaydesignerwear site abd saw that they had a lot of beautiful designs. Had a hard time choosing. Ordered a shirt and when it came it was just I envisioned it. Definitely ordering more.

Terrible paid for express delivery been charged twice for my order I have no update regarding my order and hard to get in touch with Klaydesignerwear.

Paid for express delivery on Wednesday have had no update as I need it for my holiday on Tuesday and sadly let me down won’t be ordering from here again

Their designs are amazing and just gorgeous. Stumbled upon their site recently and was a bit apprehensive buying at first but when the first order arrived quickly, I felt much better. The quality of their clothes are so good and I just fell in love with the designs that I ordered some more. In this day and age, it's hard to find a really reliable online shop.

I picked up a couple of designer pieces and they arrived faster than I expected. Everything was well packaged and looked exactly like the photos online. The quality feels solid and the fit was good.

I was anxious buying at first but I really liked the selection of clothing so decided to buy a shirt I really liked. Wasn't sure about the delivery process or if I'd have to wait long but it arrived in days and it was packaged very neatly. A++ service if I've ever had one. Definitely recommending them. You should try them out too.

I really love the designs from this store. Bought a few shirts from them and when they arrived they were just perfect like in the images and descrip. I decided to place another order with them after that and got some more cool designs. High quality stuff.

I ordered a T-Shirt in a sized Medium, but i was delivered a size Small. This was clearly a deliberate act, not a accidental slip up, as they even went to the lengths of scratching out the size on the label. Custumer service was just useless, but non-existent. I emailed them and never received a response. I would avoid this place - there are better options out there.

Bought 2 items one was never sent but still had to wait over 7 days to be refunded, which for me I was lucky I used PayPal. The other item that arrived where in my opinion a FAKE pair of Burberry swim shorts luckily I have a pair I bought direct from Burberry to compare against. Cheaper material , size comparison was huge and the kicker was . . The label article code was for beige shorts and I purchased navy . . but they said outlet clothing has its differences, they've been returned and still waiting on refund after opening a case with PayPal . I can't stress how much to avoid oh and matrix menswear is part of the same company too AVOID !!

Second time ordering and order was on point again. Would have no issues recommending to friends or family

Stuck on processing, no goods, paid for next day. Week later nothing and no response whatsoever to email requesting my goods.

They replied with this nonsense “ Hi Sorry this is coming from another office , we have just chased this up with but there is an issue with royal mail , would you like a refund ? as its our last one and an investgation needs to be raised , we have a few other colours if that helps ?”

Clearly at it. Scam website.

T shirt arrived within a couple of days. Great service

Worst company I have ever ordered from . Placed a order for nearly £400 for two items still haven’t received it to this day and cannot get my money back from them .the status of the order still states preparing items for shipping yet the company are saying they have posted the order out but won’t supply a tracking number nothing if you have nothing to hide and your not telling lies which I believe you are provide me and my bank with the tacking number it’s a simple as that . I have now had to do a charge back through my bank and they are investigating this . Avoid at all costs if you want to wait a very long time for your Monday back !

Used twice now , no complaints and will use again.

The website says they accept returns but in practice they don’t. The site says to email them to start a return, I’ve had no reply. I googled how to contact them and found a returns portal hidden in their site that doesn’t work. I’ve even messaged them on Instagram !

Amazing company to do business with highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future
