Kline Medical Supply Avis 42

Ordered a pill crusher model SK-0100, but received a different model SK-0500. I now have to pay for the shipping back. And besides, how can I realize that Kline Medical Supply made the mistake without opening the package. According to their policy returns are credited only if packaging is unopened.

Headline says it all. I was allowed to order but it was a discontinued item.

I understand that some Back Orders can occur. But over one week of Back Order for a basic necessity like gloves is too long to wait. There should be a way to cancel back orders online. That way can go elsewhere to get the supplies we need.

The product is good, easily assembled, quickly delivered.

I really enjoy using Kline Medical. I purchase a product repeatedly and wish I had a coupon for being a frequent buyer. That aside, the quality is amazing and shipments come very quickly.

My wife needs disposable underwear and wet wipes during a long term illness. There are several types of underwear, but among the ones Kline sells, Prevail Per-fit, are perfect. They were the ones used in both the hospital and nursing facility and are the best for our needs. The adult washcloths, Pro+Care, are also available from Kline and can be ordered at the same time. Kline has received all the orders since this difficulty began and they've had the product at my door within 2 or 3 days. For a somewhat house bound care giver, this is perfect.

expected delivery in less than a week. did not initially get a shipping status, so, was surprised when it took a week. Fortunately I had enough till the order arrived

Kline's customer service is really outstanding. I had some trouble ordering from the website and they were great in getting the order in over the phone (with the online discount). I recently purchased a pair of the Spartan Washable Waterproof pants, after seeing a YouTube video from someone that recommended them. I am always looking for products for my incontinence that might not crinkle or look like a diaper... however this product stated FULL bladder protection, it did not. I wore a cloth diaper-type pants under them and they leaked horribly. I would not recommend these to anyone. I am just glad I only bought one at $11.95. I'll stick to my normal disposable diapers.

Found this company by accident when I ordered product from Amazon. Found it to be in my area and prices on Internet were better than Amazon.
