Kline Medical Supply Avis 42

I needed an oximeter extremely quickly for work. I ordered the appropriate product with overnight shipping. Since I ordered before noon and I'm only 5 hours driving from them, I thought I'd have it the next day, if not shortly after. Since I did not recieve it after 3 days, I called them, just to find out the product is not longer made. I wonder when I would have found out if I hadn't called.

While recently going over our tremendous medical expenses, I found that Kline Medical Supply charged us for something we never received. I admit it had been a while but I contacted them anyway. The amount was not much but several members of the Kline Family flatly refused to consider the matter, even though I sent them proof of purchasing the exact item a month later from someone else. One would think that a family in the healthcare supply business would be , at least, moderately compassionate to a customer who is terminally ill. I am insulted that they treated me like some kind of con man. The owner eventually said he could help us, but he wouldn't because I was disrespectful. I wonder how respectful Kline Medical Supply would be if the situation were reversed.

I was a wee bit hesitant when ordering this new (to me anyway) MediHoney. After all, I had grown up using honey for tea and cereal and for most anything except as a remedy for raw wounds on my leg. But after reading and researching this miraculous dressing, I knew that I not only wanted it, but I seriously needed to order it as so as possible. I purchased the 3/4" x 12" strips. As soon as I received it, I put it on my leg. It has been on it for three hours and it feels cooling and much better already. I am definitely without any pain now and would highly recommend it to anyone who has problems with wound healing....or with a raw burn. I can feel the wound healing and becoming like my normal skin.

The product is good. It is not quilted soft as I expected but it does a good job in washing and cleaning the skin. Not soft enought for a child skin however.

You have helped so much with my mother's needs as I take care of her daily. I know you guys are giving her the best products. I look forward to the future with you as you continue to help with her needs!

The product was just as described. I love it. I was tracking my order online and it kept stating processing. I called customer service and was told all they could donwas take a message and pass it on. There could be more correspondence and accurate statuses On orders but the overall experience was great

My wife requires a non-prescription medical supplement that was not available in our area. I found it online at Amazon and saw that it was "fulfilled" by Kline Medical Supply. On the Amazon website I could not find a shipping method other than "standard". I inquired through the Amazon site if there was a faster shipping method and was contacted by Michael Kline who is the owner at KMS. He explained to me the "process" of dealing with Amazon so now I order directly from KMS and Mike was kind enough to ship my most recent order via FedEx Ground since we live in the boonies of Colorado and our Post Office is not the best. I ordered 2 pint sized shakers and 1 quart sized shaker. I received just the reverse. The products themselves are nice quality but just not exactly what I ordered.

I saved nearly $100 buying SilverCel through Kline Medical Supply. The products I ordered were in good condition and the delivery was quick. As long as I need SilverCel, I will buy from Kline Medical Supply.

The ordering process at most companies is time consuming and not orderly. But at Kline Medical its easy and simple. You just sign in and type in a product and you get a listing of items in that grouping then you just choose the item you need and " ZAP " you got what you need. Just try it and you will delighted.

When you checkout on line and choose to have an invoice you enter your P.O. number. However Kline never references that P.O. number on it's invoice which makes it hard to match up for payment.

We've worked with Kline's for a long time. They have been great with us. At one point, we were running behind in all our bills. Joanne was kind enough to work with us until we finally turned our finances around. We also like their products.
