Klira Avis 

This is far from my first experience with prescription skincare products. And I was truly impressed with the stage of choosing the right product for me. First of all I was asked much more questions to identify my personal skin needs. I consider myself to be well educated in the field of skincare and do research on new products and techniques. Obviously I own lots of products but didn’t have anything they recommended to use to accompany the prescribed treatment. So I have sent the list of items that I already have and think will go as well as the recommendations. And here is a massive difference of Klira from other firms. I have received a reply which made perfect sense. No matter how informed I am as a user I can’t be better than a professional. Considering that Klira doesn’t make any profit on recommendations I was impressed with the amount of support that was offered.

As for the product itself, it was formulated especially for me. Not only the actives and the dosage but the base itself was chosen to benefit my skin. To my surprise there were no irritation or burning sensation that comes with skin adjusting to tretinoin. And I almost have used up my first bottle.

I didn’t expect any results so early. Four weeks is nothing to write about when it comes to skincare. But I definitely see little improvements.
And the routine itself became so much easier. 3 steps in the morning and 3 steps in the evening.
My dry menopausal skin loves Klira. And I recommend this firm. They don’t cut corners and take their time to understand the needs and develop the right product!

I discovered Klira by mistake really, but really glad I did, what a difference it has made to my unhydrated skin (due to illness) I know it is rather on the pricey side but it is really worth the money and I would recommend Klira to anybody. Well, and as for the customer service what can I say about Sarah, what a lovely, helpful, knowledgeable lady. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She came back with answers to my questions so quickly. Fabulous.

Really helpful support from the derm team when my skin started protesting after I used too many actives. It’s worth the extra money for this product because it lets you simplify so much of the rest of your skincare routine.

Klira has made a great deal of difference to rosacea-sore, sensitive skin. I wanted to use a retinol but they have always been to harsh - not so with Klira. Klira also adapted my serum blend as my skin changed. So many complements about my complexion which looks clearer and healthier than ever. I strongly recommend Klira.

I've only been using the personalised cream for a little over 2 weeks but am very impressed. Not only with the product itself but the whole process of finding my Skin size, delivery and information.
Every communication with Klira has been easy and straightforward.
I used to use so many products, but now my routine is so simplified I only have 4! It's still early days but I can see and feel a difference already. I've signed up on the annual plan so the monthly cost is a bit less. Having said that, I was spending a ridiculous amount on so many difference products with a multitude of ingredients, that by comparison Klira is very reasonable indeed. I decided to use the CeraVe cleanser and moisturisers, and they are very well priced. So it's a win win! I can highly recommend Klira.

Have tried a few services of this type. Klira is the most expensive by a margin, but I do feel they really took the time to understand me and my skin and prescribe accordingly. For me, that makes it worth the premium.

I take one star off as when I’ve reached out to them with queries it has taken a few working days to receive a response. This could be better given the premium price.

Expert advice from my assigned dermatologist. Great to find a service that can provide tretinoin in a wonderful formulation that is gentle and includes other gold standard prescription medication. No more worrying about my skin care issues as my skin is now calm and glowing and I can get on with my life!

I'm never giving up Klira! I've never been able to use tretinoin before but with Klira it's been a breeze plus my formula contains other amazing ingredients to treat my skin issues.
Another huge bonus is the incredible service. The team are always on hand to answer any questions and give tips to make your experience as easy as possible.

This is my first trustpilot review but I really felt like I needed to write one for Klira! Firstly their customer service is amazing but the product is exceptional and the analysis of their skin and explanation of why they've prescribed what they have is fascinating. I have to be honest, at first, I wasnt sure they had my skin size right, but I have been proven very wrong.
After working in beauty buying for a number of years, I am (and have always have been) a skincare junkie. Unfortunately my skin is also very sensitive so throughout the years, I have had some horrible breakouts, often the day after using a product that my skin doesnt like. However, I havent had any reactions from using the Klira treatment and the routine that they provide you with (all very reasonably priced suggestions) have improved my skincare routine (and skin), beyond belief. I have wasted thousands of £££ on skincare over the years that my skin hates and although at first, I thought Klira was expensive, when I think back to what I used to spend a month on testing different products that didnt work, I'm now saving money. A great concept that is being well executed by a dedicated team of skin specialists. I consider Klira a wellbeing service and not just skincare. So much of our confidence is linked to the relationship with our skin and it can be very challenging when we are dealing with problematic skin issues. Klira offers a way of accessing dermatological advice and prescription skincare with ease.

Comprehensive skin assessment and although I have only recently started using my skinsize 3, I have already noticed slight improvements in my skin.
Unfortunately my pump dispenser stopped working after a few days and the Customer Support team sent me a replacement immediately.
Very impressed with the product and Customer service team.

This really is an exceptional product combined with exceptional customer service. Tailored to you. Your specific skin needs. Not mass produced to suit everyone. The attention to detail in creating your unique formula is second to none. I'm a skin size 11 with very little concerns over the years. Very fortunate however I've since noticed a clarity and a firmness to my skin since using Klira. I've also not noticed flakes of skin peeling off which is a game changer ! Going to work the next morning knowing you don't look like you have a skin disease from tretinoin use the night before is so fabulous . How much I have saved since beginning this journey is amazing !!!! And a bland moisturiser in a large bottle lasts months and months and months ... and MONTHS..hahaha.. no expensive moisturiser for me anymore . I would recommend to everyone to take a trial .
