Klymit Avis 

I bought it last year, used it twice. I had to wake up three times a night to inflate it.
It looks interesting, it inflates easily but... it doesn't hold the air inside.

I bought the Insulated Static V Lite and the valve started to leak after some use. I wrote an email to customer support and they have sent me a new replacement. I only had to pay the postage. They've been really generous and helpful.

Buyers b aware boight the matress was leaking from the valve for what appears to be common fault and under warranty they wanted me to pay $50 to resolve the issue very bad costumer service

Bought Klymit Cedar XL cot from reseller in Germany. They deliver unopened package that had too short poles for that specific model.

I had to return the whole bed to Germany on my own cost.

Reseller says manufacturer sent me a new bed directly. Asked several times for tracking number for package. Reseller never got answer from Klymit. I’ve contacted Klymit directly, but they never answered my request.

Mat only used twice and failed. As it was over 2 years old, Amazon didnt want to know, said contact Klymit. They were even worse, their so called lifetime warranty isn't worth the paper its written on especially outside the us, and they want me to give them $40 so they can send me a replacement . I dont think so. I`ll stick to buying UK from now on . Hope you go out of business Klymit , avoid them like the plague

Klymit Static V2 stopped holding air after being used twice, deflating within an hour. Checked the valve and checked for punctures - none. Submerged the mat in water and revealed multiple leaks at the seams of the air chambers - it was literally falling apart. Customer service is terrible - dismissive, unapologetic and offered no explanation for why the product was faulty or what steps they had taken to ensure any replacement would perform better. And finally, if not purchased in the US, the Klymit 'lifetime warranty' only offers a replacement at cost price plus shipping - $50 dollars - approx 3/4 the retail cost of a brand new product.

Do NOT buy products from this company. They have the worst customer service. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought my sleeping pad from them which is why I am taking the time to warn all of you. It took WEEKS for the sleeping pad to arrive and when it did it was defective. Would not gold air. I wont bore you with what I had to deal with but its similar to the other customer experiences already left here. Just save your money, time and sanity and buy from another company or go to a brick and mortar store.

I purchased a few V2 pads from Costco. One of the three didn't hold air. I tried to file a warrantee request, and they wanted me to ship it to them at my at my cost. I decided to return it to Costco instead. it was multiple emails and a waste of my time.

I purchased an Inertia X frame sleeping pad. I like the concept and design of the product. However, it has never held air, defeating the purpose of this pad. Utilizing Klymit's lifetime guarantee, I returned the pad for repair or replacement.
After waiting more than that advertised 5-7 business days and not getting an update, I contacted Klymit via email, phone, RMA portal and Twitter. I have not received any communication about my return / replacement nor any response to any message sent to Klymit.

Klymit Static V2 air pad. Bought new for Colorado Trail trip. Sadly, slowly leaked air all night requiring 2 or 3 top-offs. Otherwise very comfortable, quick to inflate, and takes up very little space packed. Only used inside tent, so did not abuse by lying around on rocky ground or as a camp chair. More impressive was the pillow - awesome. After a week am still waiting for a RA number to get warrantied. Am certain the replacement unit will be error free - I hope.

The products I got were exactly as described on their website, and they shipped and I received them only 2 days after ordering them. The site was easy to navigate and ordering was smooth. I had a great experience and will continue to order for them.

I got the Inertia XL pad for the full body and it is the most comfortable sleeping pad I've ever used. This pad only takes me 5 breaths to blow up and then has a hand pump to pressurize it to perfect fill! I love it. Plus it's still tiny rolled up! About the size of a water bottle. Way to go guys creating great outdoor products. I'm saving up for one of your cool looking vests this winter to keep me warm while skiing!
