I disliked that they were out of an item and once I brought that up with an employee and they checked the computer only to tell me there were none on order but plenty at the other stores. "well why don't you order some because they seem to be selling"

Friendly, helpful staff got me what I was looking for. Well stocked store.

We needed a battery hedge trimmer and found the pole trimmer in the monthly flyer. I put in the order and had it in less than a week.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Custom orders are no problem, and they call you when the stock comes in.

The KMS team and in this case, Jeff at the Vanalman location in particular are very helpful and knowledgeable. One suggestion would be for a daily alert of the deals offered online to go out to the staff. That way everyone would know the best deal being offered. Sometimes there’s more than one deal going.

My experience with KMS has always been good , they have always helped me with my needs and giving good advise. They're prices have been very good for tools.

For the last 15+ years living on Pender Island the Vanalman location has been my go to location for many products.
I have had products that have broken & needed warranty repair & after waiting for six months for the repair depot to "get the part" without success, KMS manager simply gave me a credit to repurchase a different tool.

A very polite KMS employee took the time to look up all the alternative models and then compared them on the basis of their technical specs. He then gave us a summary to help us decide.
