Had these guys to do my facia soffit and guttering today from start to finish I cannot thank the team so much, from rik at point of sale and then jon and Paul who guided me through the installation process and again through to dave who installed it, really couldn't fault these guys from start to finish so very professional

I found Knightswood home improvements online. Gave them a call with regards to some windows I wanted. They were very quick and efficient from start to finish, the work was pure quality and I couldn't have asked for a better service. We Had our main roof fitted by Knightswood. The fitters were excellent at their job and tidy. The roof looks lovely. Very happy.

We are an elderly couple who used this company (much to our regret) to re-cover our large flat roof with rubber on 23rd September. Immediately after they had left our gas boiler would not work because they had removed the flue on the flat roof to put the rubber down and were not qualified to do so and had put it back wrongly which made it dangerous. We had to have our gas fitter come out to make it safe. Rain water has continued throughout to come through the roof where the flue is and there are many more faults with this work not least that the boards they laid have now begun to bow and the roof surface is"wavy" and so several large puddles form on the roof when it rains. After leaving many messages and emails (which they do not answer) Paul the manager eventually came and had a look at the roof and agreed it needed remedial work which he arranged to come and do on 11th December...they did not turn up and wont answer our phone calls or emails.They took quite a lot of money for this job but their customer service is non-existent. Do not use this company. It appears they are no longer certified by Assure Certification as they claim to be on their paperwork. This whole episode has caused much stress for us.

Their customer service is awful. Never put anything in writing. Never accept responsibility even when they delayed installation, did not order the correct number of window panes, damaged the house and left broken glass, screws and debris in the front garden. The manager Paul was rude and was aggressive. They claim to be a member of Assure Certification, but they have been struck off. DO NOT USE.

Agreed to window installation in June 2023 after gaining an initial quote - which took 3 hours! Installation was finally confirmed for October time, we chased on surveyor to installations dates and even payment! Paul the 'manager' only came over when he wanted payments. He entered our home this week after we stated we were not happy with the finish of the windows or customer service (no answer of phones or emails). Website has been taken down! Paul pressured and bullied for final payment although the window fitter had not rectified the damage or finish of the window. I was left crying in front of my toddler in my own home after stating we didn't want to pay before being satisfied with the final finish. Not even amateur level of customer service, awful people and do not trust them! I have also complained to Trading Standards due to dodgy unanswered calls/emails and now website has been taken down.
