I didn't like how I got 6 messages about having to contact my vet for approval, but no update that my vet got back to you. Also didn't like how my address on file was no longer "valid" after 2 years of Marleys meds coming to the same address. Other than that things were ok.

I was surprised about how easy it was to get things set up. The stuff came on time and the hand written note and the scarfs was a great touch also.

I was running low on doggie prozac for my aging terrier and my vet wouldn’t let me renew my prescription until I took him in. Koala kept my info on file and called my vet and resubmitted my prescription without me having to follow up! They are amazing!!!

Received med in timely manor.

Koala is excellent. I would give them 5 stars if they would use UPS instead of USPS.

Called to ask for them to expedite the process because I was running low on my pet’s medication and the shipment arrived 3 business days later.

I appreciate that my orders are on auto renewal. This takes away the worry that we are going to run out. I'm able to adjust the order, koala gives me an update to remind me, the medicine comes through in a timely way and the charges are automatic. How much easier can it get??

I know I got a good price at first but most of the cans that were in the shipment were dented. Even the cans in the middle were deeply dented, so I feel like the reason I got such a good deal was so they could put dented cans in my order. Also, every time I get an order through koala, the order is delayed because the manufacturer was out at the time (?) Actually, now I’m paying regular price since the initial order was delivered so I’m a little upset about all of the dented cans. I may cancel my recurring order.

When first placing the medication order at the direction of our vet, the order was never "approved" and took a week to process. Our cat is dealing with severe symptoms, so a weeklong waiting period was not ideal. We had to call our vet to get it moving. Then, the existing order that was supposed to be canceled was not promptly canceled and I had to email Koala and ask for a confirmation of cancellation. I am still waiting for a refund of $56.08.

Koala Health has been the best for me and my dog. I live in a very rural area and if I needed a refill on my dog’s medication I would usually have to make a separate trip just for that. The vet clinic had shorter hours and it was difficult to hurry from work and try to make it before the clinic closed. Koala takes care of that plus the price of her medication is much much lower.

This company is amazing when it comes to quick delivery and customer satisfaction. Our order came with a hand written note and a cute scarf for our kitty that we appreciate so much! Amazing company and employees!!

I'd love to be able to edit my subscriptions myself, instead of waiting on a response. Prices don't feel as competitive as they could be. Would love a rewards program or incentive to continue auto ship. It feels like I'm being charged more when there are discount sale that aren't auto applied and sales through other companies in general.

Great first experience. It was easy to place the order and the medication was packaged nicely. Receiving a bandana and a hand written note, welcoming my dog and me to the Koala family was a sweet surprise.
