Ordered 17 September and still trying to get my money back as not arrived. No response to any emails so have contacted trading standards

Excellent service, great product. On the recommendation of Koa's House staff, I ordered the Earth Animal No-Hide Chews for my daughter's dog in Boston. The order was promptly sent and received in Boston, and the chews are now her dog's favorite treat!
