Ordered 17 September and still trying to get my money back as not arrived. No response to any emails so have contacted trading standards

Deserving of 5 stars
To be honest, it nice to deal with a company that is 100 percent genuine. The treats that I have fed the dogs are very low in ingredients and they both love them. I will go on Koa's House first, prior to other dog website stores, to compare prices, adding in free shipping if offered as a plus.
