I had a very good experience shopping in store. The salesman helped me pick out a style that fit me perfect. He also took the time to lace up the shoes very nicely. I would highly recommend stopping in store to get a pair.

I bought my first pair of Koio Capris a few weeks ago and fell in love. Super comfortable, very nice quality, true to their size chart (I am a true U.S. women’s 7 and wear a Koio 37). They are breaking in beautifully and I prefer my Koios over my Common Projects for both aesthetics and comfort. I decided to order a pair of Koio’s Cortina boots for fall, but ordered up a size to wear them with thick socks and they ended up being too large. Aakifah was super kind and accommodating and got me set up with an exchange for the right size. Koio’s customer service is refreshingly pleasant, it was really fast and easy working with their rep.

I would like to thank Jade for helping me with an order I placed at Koio.
I asked her to help me with a discount since my birthday is in October, and she was very helpful and understanding and took the time to listen to me and got back to me and gave me a nice discount for my birthday. I just think today a lot of companies do not have customer service that even gets on the phone never mind helping you with discounts this woman. Jade was very nice. Very helpful and kind. I really appreciate her helping me with an order that was already placed.
Since I already put the order in, she didn’t have to do that, she just did that even though, and I had already ordered the pair of sneakers.

Order was placed over a week ago. Credit card was charged immediately. Order still shows as "unfulfilled." There has been zero communication and zero updates. After multiple emails with zero response, I have asked for the order to be canceled. Still waiting to hear back and fear that I may need to get my CC company involved as it seems getting a resolution here will continue to be difficult. They are great at pushing out ads on Facebook but not on fulfilling orders. Delays are not the problem, ignoring requests for updates are.

i have wide feet and arthritis in my big toe and have been looking for shoes that i can wear every day that feel good and also look good. glad i found koio. while i wish they had more wide sizes, their capri shoe is looks and feels great and comes in a few colors. also their customer service is extremely responsive.

I had my package stolen off my porch and Jade was able to help me get everything figured out. Jade was super helpful, patient and communicative. It took quite a while and phone calls with the delivery company (buy the shipping insurance for real) but Jade let me know how long it could potentially take. Jade also proactively reached out multiple times to let me know things were still moving along. Great help during a painful experience.
If I like the shoes I will absolutely be getting another pair! Thank you again Jade!

I originally ordered the wrong color combo and wanted to swap out the shoe, had an issue online and after starting the chat with the representative she understood everything and was able to help me in getting my exchange and even the return . The customer service was exceptional. The shoes fit great and are so comfortable . I ordered the Capri in Cocoa as my exchange
