I ordered a sale shoe, got charged, and even received shipping confirmation.
After five days with no updates and no response to my calls, I went to the store myself.
They told me the shoe wasn’t available and wanted full price for any other color.
When I finally reached them, they only offered $20 off for the whole mess.

Ordered the mineral capri shoe. The photos show a light grey with a slightly lighter gym. The actual product is astonishingly darker and has not difference for the gum. Great marketing photo

I had to change the color of my new Capri that I just ordered last night by mistake and their customer service was so helpful and prompt to respond .
The matter was resolved with in a few hours and my order was refunded on the same morning .
I will be ordering more Capri's from Koio . Great Value and top service which is hard to beat these days !

Great experience at the KOIO New York shop. The store is beautiful, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the sneakers are both stylish and incredibly comfortable. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in the city.

RUN AND HIDE!!! This company not only does a terrible job with quality control, but does an absolutely TERRIBLE JOB OF RESPECTING AND RETAINING THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!!! They’ve always managed to screw up my orders in the past, but I’ve managed to look the other way. However, this one takes the cake!! In June, I ordered a pair of high heel boots(Alia37)and sandals(Poppi37). Instead, they send me a pair sneakers(Pone37) and boots(ALINE37) that I did not order. Now, if you’re KOIO and you’re facing a screwup of this epic proportion, obvious thing to do is to not only let the customer keep the shoes for the inconvenience, but even fully refund the customer. Right? That’s not only logical, but common sense! Especially when you have a customer who given them over $5000+ in sales!!! Well, I think you know where I’m going with this. When I bring it to their attention, some representative named “Jade” offered me the option to keep the shoes (that I didn’t order, btw) and give me some KOIO gift card as a “gesture of goodwill” while they pocketed my money! Ummm…yea, no! I tried to give her repeated opportunities to course corrects this abhorrent behaviour of customer service, however it was clear to me….the KOIO I once knew (or thought I knew) is no more. Or maybe they never were that good in the first place! What breaks my heart is a couple of things. It’s not that their was a mishap with the order mistakes happen, but when I give you COUNTLESS opportunities to course correct and you STILL try to keep my money?! The second is that they clearly did factor in that I’ve been one of their biggest customers since their inception as company!! I did YouTube videos singing their praise as the top minimalist shoe company. And what many of their employees and competitors alike don’t know is that their founders and I went to the same college!!
Not only is their customer service subpar but even their quality is terrible as of late. It’s gotten so bad their dust bags have gone from high quality to very poor quality to now you have to PAY for a dust bag!
In all, I WOULD AVOID KOIO AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I am distancing myself from them. I do not recommend them anymore to anyone!!! Please DO NOT waste your money on this company. Go with Common Projects or any other brand than this one. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. Have a blessed day! :-)

Honestly overhyped. Bought the Capri X and first thing was that the size guide is off. Bought what was supposed to be my size but the shoe was way too big. I think the Capri x run much larger since I've tried another Koio shoe and the size guide was pretty accurate
Next thing is, while the quality is good, the shoe was just straight up uncomfortable. I felt like my foot was way too wide for the sole itself and it was just a super stiff feeling. Wouldn't recommend this particular shoe at least to anyone.
