I’m extremely disappointed in both the product and Koio’s customer service. I’m a size 6.5, and followed the website’s own recommendation to size down—so I ordered a 6 in their white Capri. I wore them once, walking around my apartment to test the fit, and immediately got blisters.
When I reached out to exchange for a size 7, they refused because the shoes had been “worn.” That’s absurd—how else am I supposed to know if they fit without walking around in them? Trying shoes on at home is standard practice, just like testing them in a store.
Now I’m stuck with a $265 pair of shoes I wore once inside and can’t wear again. My money just went down the drain. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the bad fit was caused by their own sizing advice. I want my money back.

I didn’t get my order plus they have one of the worst customer service ever, they don’t have US phone number and they don’t answer my emails. I request refund and nothing happened, they didn’t call me or email me about any details

My experience with Koio has honestly been pretty interesting. There was a mistake with my first order—which I totally get, it was probably just a simple human error. But what really stood out to me was the way Jade handled it. The customer service she provided was insane (in the best way). She was super quick, straight to the point, super helpful, and honestly just made the whole situation feel easy.
Usually, when something goes wrong with an online order, it kind of ruins the whole experience. But in this case, it was the complete opposite. Jade replied to everything fast—even on the 4th of July, which blew my mind. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed.
I already love the product Koio puts out, but now I’m even more impressed by the people behind it. Jade is a total superstar. I don’t usually leave reviews, but she absolutely deserves one.

For medical reasons, I need to take good care of my feet. I am also of Italian heritage and am imbued with the need "sempre per fare una bella figura." It is not surprising, then, that I have 19 pairs of KOIOs. I have gifted about another half dozen. Craftsmanship (especially the small, tight stitching and quality leathers), styling, and comfort are excellent. Interactions with KOIO people (in the U.S. and Italy) have been pleasant, generous, and highly responsive. Bravo KOIO!

The shoes squeak like cheap plastic target shoes. I have bought several triple whites from other stores for much less and never had this problem. Sounds like small squeak toy is in there somewhere. I’m worn them at least 10 times and it still hasn’t gone away.
