Great loafers!
Received the loafers quickly and received updates via email along the way. The shoes are well made, though a bit snug. Had shoe stretchers and once I stretched them a bit, they were perfect! I recieve compliments all the time! They are great looking, polished and sharp. I'm buying another pair in another color!

I own two pairs of Koio Capri leather sneakers. They are very well made and have just the right look. They are also very comfortable. Shipping was very quick and I believe these sneakers are a very good value for the money, especially during their timely holiday sales.

Streamlined, Quality Shoe
The shoes are really good quality and have lasted me for quite some time with extensive wear. They have a streamlined look but also have more space in the toe box than other sneaker brands, which is appreciated.

A total waste!
The right loafer is completely unwearable — there’s a noticeable bump inside from poor stitching. It’s really disappointing, especially considering the price. A total waste.

Discount code adjustment
Quick review of Koio's customer support since I haven't received my Capri's yet. So after making my purchase, a couple of days later a Fathers Day promotion of 15% appeared. I contacted Koio's support team and they quickly responded and assured me that they would apply the promo code for my purchase.
They also updated me as soon as the promotion was applied. So far, my experience with Koio is 10/10! Excited to try my Capris!!

Great customer service
I ordered the wrong size, did an exchange in the store and it was sorted out perfectly by the staff with excellent customer service. The Capri Avorio is super comfortable and I will definitely get more colors! Overall great experience with this brand.

Just to clarify, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items. If something made that process feel impractical for you, we'd really like to understand what happened and make it better.
