Great way to do a Will. They have a new storage facility to store your Will. Christine Owen-Sullivan was super helpful. She was my saving grace. I paid the £30 storage fee but didn't get the prepaid envelope, so had to chase, (Christine then organised this). Then I got no confirmation that Will had been received so had to chase (Christine helped with this too). Then got no confirmation of Will Storage and reference number so had to chase, and Christine sorted it out for me. If it wasn't for Christine I would have given Kwil 1star!

Christina was very helpful regarding my question about claiming back money from my late husbands premium bonds. She was very understanding and provided me with the necessary information I needed.

I spoke to several law firms in the UK before speaking to Kwil. Mrs Cowen was by far the most impressive and friendly one that I spoke to. She took the time to explain all my options and even called me on a saturday late in her time because it is the only day I could speak. Although their services are not the cheapest I will absolutely be using them as I feel Mrs Cowen is the best one I have spoken to and I feel very reassured she will be looking after me. I got an email within an hour as well as all contact points I asked for.

This is an excellent company. I was lucky enough to have one of their lawyers Abbey Cohen pick up the phone to me and she was very articulate and more helpful than most other lawyers I have met in my life. Very impressive and would recommend.

I phoned Kwil and didn't get an answer,when i put the phone down they rang me straight back which in its self is good no on hold for hours. The lady i spoke to was friendly helpful and Knowledgeable i felt at ease speaking to her its not always easy talking about a loved one you've lost.
