I feel to have had a poor experience with kwil.co.uk. I do not agree with the explanation provided below. I do not believe that kwil.co.uk should be describing the services and some of the details that I requested from them in a public forum.

Really easy to use service, would definitely recommend.

This service is simple to use and very efficient. The support staff are friendly and helpful. Very happy to have found them.

From start to finish; a 5* service. From doing it online; everything you could think about is covered and so easy to follow. Took less than 5 minutes, because each section is linked and you don’t have to keep filling in people’s names). Not like other services I have used. Clear and concise. The next day someone rang me (Angela), to go through it, to ensure it was correct. She was very caring, understanding and extremely professional.

Then the following day a legal expert corrected parts of it I didn’t even think about (like her views, from being at the other side of a Will, and seeing what the bereaved do when executors of the Will, and not being given anything).

For example; Out of my 4 siblings; I was going to leave all to the 2 ‘poorest’ siblings, but put them all as executors of my Will; but she made me rethink about it when they were all executing me Will and they then got nothing; I decided to give 20% each to the 2 ‘better off’ siblings and 30% to the others.

The staff were so empathetic and understanding. And built a holistic Will for my specific needs.

Really easy process and fantastic customer service team that follow up. It took me 5 minutes to complete and a quick call with the representative to complete and learn about extra useful products. The representative was the friendliest customer services person i have ever spoken to (and i work in customer services). They were informative, knowledgeable and understanding.

Quick and easy, the online forms guide you through each section and then on completion a call to talk through my wishes. Couldn’t of been easier. I now have peace of mind , my family will be taken care of will minimum delay .

I found the form simple and easy to use and Angela was very helpful he had a follow-up telephone call when she offered me other services such as lasting power-of-attorney or storage of my will and is very happy with the service
