Last wrote my Will 6 years ago at a cost of £495 it was completely out of date due to personal changes. Went back to amend it slightly and Solicitors wanted a further £180.00 per change!! Anyway went online and re-did it with this company and not only has the whole thing only cost £45 (50% off through an offer) but I can edit it as many times as I need to (and I will need to for sure!) for nothing!! After I submited and paid for it (whole thing took 20 minutes) a very nice lady called me to go over everything to make sure I hadnt made any errors. I asked her about other things like inheritance tax and what can I do to ensure I don’t make my partner homeless given we aren’t married and she said for no fee she would get someone to call me later. They did and have worded something for me to include! Brilliant I can now rest in peace (but I’m not going to yet lol)

Writing 2 LPAs and found the process very clear and easy. Had a couple of IT glitches which were the only hold up but both were sorted out for me. Angela supported me through the process and was extremely helpful and efficient and it was never a problem to get hold of someone for advice.

Creating my will online with Kwil was a very rewarding process, I am very pleased I chose Kwil. The steps were very easy to follow with clear explanations at every step. I also received a very helpful follow up telephone call just to check all was okay and make sure I was aware of all the added benefits that Kwil include with their service. Full marks from me, I highly recommend using Kwil.

I have found Kwil to be very helpful and efficient. I have taken out a Will and both LPA in Financial, Health and Welfare recently. The paperwork is relatively self explanatory but if I had a question I didn't understand or the correct way to write something help was always to hand. Angela telephoned me on a couple of occasions to see if everything was OK. No one ever really likes to think about Wills and Legal Power of Attorney but please don't be put off. Kwil takes the stress away and also their prices are more affordable compared to solicitors.

Brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble for Angela. She provided me with all the information I needed, and was very patient with me! I like the idea I can change any details easily and with no extra charges and the lockbox sounds like a great idea, but I’ve not used it yet.

Very Happy with the service so far! Easy to register a will, and it only took 10 mins. The friendly staff answer my question, and were very helpful. No doubt I will change my Will on numerous occasions, so their Lock Box is a very good feature. I would definitely recommend Kwil!
