Royal Mail delivered only half my order.- the parcel had quite literally been cut in half. I lodged a formal complaint - after a 36 minute wait to speak to someone.
On advising Lakeland of the situation they immediately reponded and couldnt have been more helpful. The problem was not of their making but they reolved it immediately. A replacement was delivered to me in 24 hours.

Boots are really good and Customer…
Boots are really good and Customer Service, all online, worked well. I ordered a pair which were a half-size too small. Returning them and ordering the correct size was very easy. Thanks also to the Royal Mail for their collection service.
