Very pleased with the service provided, complete clearance of 3 bed semi prior to sale. Friendly, courteous, efficient and completed the work on schedule, happy to recommend.

Using Langleys House Clearance was amazing. The whole process from getting the quote to the clearance today was highly professional. Ross x 2 came to clear my mother's house today and cleared everything in less than 3 hours. They contacted me to advise of their arrival time and then called to say they were done. I would recommend to anyone especially as they are licenced carriers.

Professional, punctual, good value and well managed service provided.

Very helpful professional service . Used them twice now and would highly recommend.

The two Ross’s did a fantastic job clearing my family’s house, garage and sheds recently . They communicated well, before and during the clearance, and worked hard, quietly and tidily during the day and a bit that the job took. I would absolutely recommend them. Thanks guys

I have used Langleys twice to remove unwanted furniture etc + on both occasions, Ross + his colleague were punctual + extremely professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company + would definitely use again.

The team were very professional and even when they were late kept us informed they cleared up after themselves and were pleasant and helpful to deal with

Always responsive, very efficient and friendly service.

Langleys arranged the flat clearance within 3 days of my contacting them. The final quote was within the estimates given over the phone. They arrived early on the day (after checking that it was ok with me) and completed the job within the time they estimated. They were polite and friendly and I felt quite happy leaving them to get on with the job part of the time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a house clearance.

Ross and his team were superb. The service, timings, pricing and attention was all that I could ask for. I would certainly recommend them.

I have been extremely impressed with the work carried out which included the disposal of large rotting shed which contained years of debris plus disposal of old sofa furniture. The guys were very professional and friendly - arriving on time and working non stop to complete the work, as well as returning as promised to clean up the area which they did very extremely well. I would certainly seek Langley's services again as they provide professional service with no fuss and no bother - just what you want.

Brilliant service - from initial request to pick-up. Friendly and pleasant, and very responsive to requests. Would highly recommend to others.

The boys were really great. Arrived on time, were very pleasant, efficient and got the job done easily. All I did was tell them what was staying and they did the rest. I would highly recommend them.

This is my 3rd time, where Ross has cleared up my garage.
