don't protect as well as other brands
I ordered a case in September 2020, my phone fell in January 2021 and was broken. I guessed any case can't protect every fall. I ordered a new phone and a new latercase in february. Because of the delay i also ordered another case on amazon. When i compared both i understood that my phone wouldn't have been broken with the amazon case. Latercase protect the back well, but the sides and front very badly. This case cost me 500 bucks... (and i am left with 2 useless latercases)

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the damage to your device - I know that can be a pretty frustrating experience.
It's important to note that, at less than 1mm thin, Latercase was not designed with impact protection as the primary focus. The main goal was to develop a light case that would improve the aesthetics of your device while keeping it thin enough that you could appreciate the phone's original design as the OEM intended. While the Kevlar® material that we use is quite strong and will stand up to scuff marks, scratches, and everyday wear and tear, the form factor and design of the case is not centered around impact protection, unfortunately.
That said, we'll definitely pass your feedback along to our design team - maybe we can offer an impact resistant case in the future. Since you're no longer using the current case, we'll have a support rep reach out and organize a return. Expect an email in the next few minutes!
The Latercase guys are awesome
The Latercase guys are awesome! The order arrived quickly and the support team is very responsive. The case was exactly as described, although i would like to see a bit more coverage in a bottom edge of the phone, but the fit is perfect and the texture is extremely pleasant. Who knew a youtube guy could manufacture such a nice product!

This case is as promised.
This case is as promised. If you are not worried about drop protection but still want something premium on there to keep the phone from being completely naked, look no further. I will say, however, that the fitment around my Pixel 4a's camera module isn't perfect (very minor gap around the right side of the module). Most people would probably knock a star off for that, but for what I am getting out of (or into) this case, it still is excellent. Lew says these are extremely addictive to touch...he wasn't kidding.

Thin, light, strong
Probably the thinnest case I’ve ever had on an iPhone, while still having the sense that the device is well-protected. Lightweight, super stylish, and well-made. Will definitely be purchasing Latercases in future.

Absolutely love this case!!! By far the best case I have ever owned!!! Highly recommend this case to anyone, it has the most addictive feel of any case. It's very hard to describe until you feel it in person. It's absolutely amazing.

From Canada to Malaysia and its WORTH IT
Got mine 12 days after order from canada to malaysia but it doesnt bother me at all cause i just love this case and will buy another 1 if i upgrade this phone ltr. Nice unboxing experience. U guys nailed it. Shouout to Lew & will for me. Thanks guys.

I have received the case and the envelope is sealed tightly with sellotape. Thank you for putting the effort to ensure the case reached me.
The case box is nice and look premium and the case itself is pretty, thin, and light. Can’t even feel that there’s a case on the phone. Hope Latercase business grow continue to provide good products and best services.

Worth ALL the money
5 stars. I have always hated having a cover on my phone because it gets so much bigger. I bought a LaterCase for my OnePlus 9 Pro and I actually forget that there is a cover on it right up until I look at the back. I also ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Cover for my little brother and it is just as good quality. Really fast delivery and really nice packaging. The cover is worth ALL the money and I have recommended it to friends and family.

It would be the best case in the market if it provided protection for the front glass with a lip that allows for the case to be laid flat on a flat surface w/out compromising the screen. I'd pay 2x the msrp if it did.
