No longer charges up
Lovely light but unfortunately ours stopped charging up a couple months ago, we haven’t even had the light for a year yet. Disappointed and probably won’t get refunded. The remote is also temperamental.

We’ve recently upgraded GlowLux with a higher-capacity battery (up to 30 hours per charge depending on brightness) and a more premium remote.
Please email aiden@lavishlights.co.uk with your order number and we’ll arrange a free replacement right away.

Battery doesn’t last long and dim
The lights look nice, but the battery doesn’t last longer than a few hours and the lights are very dim, so they don’t light a room up.

Hi Mariella, thanks for sharing this. That doesn’t sound right at all. Our GlowLux lights should run for 15–20 hours per charge at standard brightness.
If you’re only getting a few hours and the light seems very dim, it’s likely a faulty unit or an issue with the charge.
Also just to clarify: GlowLux is designed for ambient/accent lighting, not to fully light an entire room.
Please email me at aiden@lavishlights.co.uk with your order number and we’ll sort a replacement or refund right away. If you can, include a quick photo/video and confirm it’s been fully charged for 5-8 hours as that helps us resolve it faster.
Thanks again and sorry for the hassle, we’ll make this right.
do not buy @lavish_lights AVOID
do not buy @lavish_lights . They have taken my money, it’s been 25 days and no lights. They said they posted them but they are now stuck in an Evri locker and I have no code to get them. I emailed, I messaged and they just ignored me. I’m not the only one!! update - Evri have now sent lights back so no money no lights AVOID at all costs. They said the delay was because they are from abroad so could be the same as on Temu or Shein. I will never know as never had them and still fighting to get my £120 back.

After checking your order history, the original parcel was returned to us following a failed delivery attempt, and a second shipment also couldn’t be completed and was sent to a local Evri drop-off. We completely understand the frustration there, your messages were unfortunately missed during a very busy period, which we sincerely apologise for.
Just to clarify, our GlowLux lights are privately manufactured by us, not products from Temu or Shein. Since our brand went viral, a number of unauthorised duplicates have appeared online, which has caused some confusion.
We’re now in touch to make sure you receive your lights or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

The customer service from lavish lights is absolutely phenomenal! Received my order of the glowlux lights very quickly. They're exactly as pictured and look gorgeous! Super easy to put up using the sticky back (it's really strong)- easy to take down to charge etc. they're honestly amazing. Very very happy and would highly recommend.

Great Lights!
These lights are great, we are on our second pair, 1 short set in the hallway and 1 long set in the lounge, we really like them and the fact they are rechargeable is great as they don’t need any wiring on our new acoustic panels. Really stylish and great value for money and really fast delivery I ordered my second set while on the beach on hols and they were with me within 7 days.

I have been nothing but impressed by this company and so refreshing to have a 5* customer service guy called Ben.
He has promised and delivered!
I have been waiting quite a while for my lights but I was told this would be the case and am still waiting on 1 of my lights.
I have been informed they now have a UK warehouse and faster delivery service now which is great as I love them so much I’ll be ordering more!

Customer service is amazing with this company and the delivery was super fast. If you have any questions or queries the customer service team are fab & get straight back to you.
I ordered 2 of the LED Glowlux wall lights and I’m not disappointed. The battery life on them is amazing and so easy to install as they come with an adhesive pad and magnet plate it’s took seconds to put up & totally finish off the room.
If your toying with the idea of ordering just do it!

Ordered my 50cm glolux lights 1st June…
Ordered my 50cm glolux lights 1st June arrived extremely well packaged on the 10th June, fitting instructions easy although we decided to drill ours into the wall. Look fabulous and cosy on a night, would definitely recommend.

I’ve just received my string solar lights, this is my second purchase from Lavish Lights & I couldn’t be happier with them. Easy to install & they didn’t take long to charge . Love that they come with a remote control so I can change the setting. They look lovely 🥰
