I have bought many items from lavish lockets and do not hesitate in giving a 5* review, I would give more stars if I could! My most recent order was was personalised necklace, whereby this AMAZING company managed to engrave my beloved mother’s “love mum” handwriting (her own handwriting taken from a note she wrote me when she was alive) on to a beautiful silver disc. It’s been a terrible year and necklace has given me so much comfort. Thank you so much lavish team - you go above and beyond to make your customers feel special and individual x

I have ordered from LAVISH on several occasions now. The quality of the products is amazing. Ive never ordered from somewhere that takes ao much pride in their packaging its lovely.
I didnt pay for delivery I noticed on my orders most of them arrived next day or the day after.
The service from start to finish has been amazing will defo be back

I was looking for a personalised gift for my mother’s 60th Birthday. Lavish Lockets had personalised keyrings, meaning a special photo could be etched! The service was fantastic, speedy and very professional. The Keyring is absolutely gorgeous, better than any photo will ever show. Thank you everyone at Lavish for making the perfect gift

Avoid at all costs!!!

As we said to you we are more than happy to offer a Full refund including return postage. You were only asked to return the item after sending us images that weren’t our products. The only reason you have not been refunded at the moment is because you are refusing to return the item even at our cost. Again as We have said a number of times if you would like to return the item We will happily refund you in Full. You had refused to return before taking it anywhere to be repaired and after initially sending images of a broken product that was not ours it was within our right to request a return before refunding or replacing.

I was given a locket for my birthday…
I was given a locket for my birthday and wanted to personalise it and bought a cat paw, nhs and starbucks charm. They all arrived in pristine condition and well wrapped. Cant wait to add more to the collection by adding some gemstones.
